Javier is great at what he does. He recently installed bidets at my house, where some of the fixtures were quite old in my apartment. He figured out where the main water supply was, closed it, and then installed the bidets without any leakage. He's also very reasonably priced. read more

I had an excellent experience with Javier's plumbing service. He came over to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He is professional, worked efficiently. Our water heater and the garbage disposal also need replacement. He provided a resonal quote. They completed the installations efficiently and did a flawless job. Both the new water heater and the garbage disposal are working perfectly now. It is a huge relief to find a reliable plumber. Highly recommended! read more

We had no water pressure, and Javier absolutely saved our weekend! I reached out to a few plumbers, and Javier responded right away. He asked all the right questions and was actually able to walk me through how to bypass my water filtration system over the phone. It turned out that the water filter needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was that Javier continued to follow up with me throughout the entire weekend to make sure everything was working properly. Because of his help, we were able to have running water all weekend instead of waiting days for someone to come out. It's rare to find someone this responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Javier went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him! read more

Javier did an amazing job repairing several leaking pipes at my property, as well as adding support to some pipes that had started to sag. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. He was quick to respond, really easy to work with, and communication was great from start to finish. The property was vacant, so I left a lockbox for him to get in, and he was able to take care of everything without me having to be there. He came in, got the job done, cleaned everything up afterward, and left the place in great condition. I really appreciated how reliable and straightforward he was, and his pricing was very reasonable too. It's hard to find someone who does quality work, communicates well, and makes the whole process this easy. I would definitely recommend Javier to anyone looking for a good plumber at a great price. read more

Excellent service! I called Javier yesterday to see if he could move a drainage pipe in our guest bathroom so we could install a new vanity. He came out the very next day, assessed the situation, purchased all the necessary parts himself, and completed the repair in about two hours. Javier was professional, efficient, and clearly knows his trade. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. read more

working with pure pipe plumbing was simply wonderful. I reached out to Javi when my water heater broke at 9:30 in the evening and he responded quickly and continued to respond. He showed up the next day, did a professional assessment and then came back the following day with a brand new water heater. He installed it after he took the water heater away. Excellent clean work excellent communication skills I would highly recommend him and his company. Definitely worth the price and the value. if I could give 10 stars, I would. read more

We did a massive project where all our pipes were replaced in our 1940s home. JAVIER is just the best! He is on schedule which is the most difficult to get. We are doing a much smaller project on the walls of our house and half the time the people do not even show up! So choosing your contractors is very important. Not only did he give us the best pricing, allowed us to stay in our house (other plumbers told us we would not have any water for 4 days), Javier cleaned things up so we could use the water when he was done for the day. There is zero hesitation we would use him again for any project in regards to our plumbing. He's the best. read more

We came home and found water on the walkway in our backyard. Javier came out in about an hour and repaired the leak. He replaced the old PVC pipe with copper fixtures. Javier rechecked his previous fix on the low water pressure issue. He found the root cause and now the water pressure is fantastic! Highly recommend Pure Pipe Plumbing. read more

Javier is a very nice guy with good skill. Very fast respond and reasonable pricing. All good.

Javier was the first person to respond to my emergency repair. He was very thorough in explaining the process and what needed to be done. His explanation left me feeling that he was very honest and trustworthy. His pricing was also fair and that was enough for me to take chance with him even though I saw he was new and only had 1 review at the time. Turns out he has over 20 years experience! Throughout the process he communicated daily with me and even sent pictures after significant work was completed. The left the job site clean and put back to how it was prior, which left me very satisfied with my choice. I was very happy with the overall experience and will use him again in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Hired this company for a few different services now. Javier has been very responsive to calls and text and has done good work at our home replacing bathroom pipes, fixing leaks we have had with our dishwasher and kitchen sink, and he converted some old irrigation pipes in our front yard that were no longer in use to a hose bibb. The cost was very fair for the quality of work, and the overall experience made it feel like great value. Have already recommended him to family and friends in the area. read more

My house needed a full repipe for the supply and drain pipes and I contacted Javier on the recommendation of a colleague. Through the whole process Javier was very responsive, from coming out to provide a quote to answering all my questions along the way. Not only was the quote very competitive, but his crew was able to start and finish the job very quickly, within a matter of days. Through the whole process Javier was very proactive. He did his best to get a good time slot for us with the city inspectors, and we managed to get everything wrapped up in a week including the inspections. We also appreciated how communicative he was in terms of how progress was going, how the permit and inspection process was going, what work was left to do each day, etc. As he removed drywall and old pipes he would also send photos to show what condition the pipes were in. I also noticed whenever he mentioned wanting to show us something at different parts of the process, he always followed-up and never missed a thing. One moment I was very appreciative of was when Javier's team was ready to patch up the drywall after the city inspection, I contacted Javier the night before to see if I could have an electrician come by and route some wires through the open walls. This was a last minute ask the night before, but he was very accomodating and my electrician was able to route his wires the next morning and his team got the drywall patched same day, saving me more holes getting punched through the wall. I felt very comfortable working with Javier during this entire process and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. read more

We hired Pure Pipe Plumbing for a whole-house repiping after discovering a stressful slab leak. From the initial evaluation to the final city inspection, Javi and his team were outstanding. When we first noticed the leak, we brought multiple plumbers onsite. The experience was frustrating, some quotes were expensive, some said job would take days and need wait, and some even charged just for inspection. Pure pipe showed their difference from the very beginning. I was a little concerned at first since Javi only had a few reviews on Yelp, but I'm so glad we went with him (and that's exactly why I'm leaving this detailed review). Javi showed up for a free diagnosis the very next morning after I reached out via Yelp, and he immediately provided multiple solutions with extremely reasonable and competitive prices, and was able to start work in 2 days. The team's work ethic was truly outstanding. After we had been without water for an entire week, Javi's team completed all the major repiping in one marathon day (7 AM to 8 PM). Even our neighbors were impressed, seeing them working late into the evening with headlights just to ensure we had running water by the end of the day. They returned for another day to handle the patching and painting with the same level of care. What truly touched us was their integrity and attention to detail. Our house is an old home with various nagging issues. They took care of several problems that had been bothering us for ages but never had the chance to fix. Even more impressive, they identified and repaired issues we hadn't even noticed yet. Fixing leaky faucets and water softener, replacing showerheads/missing drain plugs, correcting a crossed water line and even installing new toilets --all at no additional labor charge. These extra repairs could have easily cost over $1,000 if we hired a separate handyman. Furthermore, they were extremely respectful of our space. They protected our home and furniture throughout the process, and to our amazement, they even performed a complimentary deep clean of the work areas after the project was completed. We just passed the city inspection smoothly, confirming their work is top-tier and fully up to code. Finding a plumber in Bay Area who is this responsive, honest, and skilled is rare. They turned a stressful crisis into a smooth process. I have already passed their contact info to multiple friends and cannot recommend them enough! read more
