This place is very clean, but my only complaint was that when I told them my acrylic nail was put on crooked, they didn't fix it. Also the liquid for acrylics got onto my pinky finger and it burned when they dried. Besides that it was a great, not too expensive and they have great holo ;) read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I have seen 3 owners come and go and today I experienced probably the worst owner to date. I had an appointment with the owner for a specific time. She first sent me to a different technician than who i was scheduled with. That was an issue, but I'm not a diva and moved on. The technician that was doing my nails took 2x the time to complete just the fill in not including the color. He starts the color ( which I asked for an ombré) I had literally shown him a pic of what I wanted. It came out nothing like what I wanted. Now I went to the owner to make a complaint when she started yelling at me. She went on to berate me and yell at me while she was standing over me at the nail station. I tried to explain to her how I have been a customer for years and have spent my hard earned money. She turned around and said I was nasty and I have no right to make a complaint about her technician who has the most "experience" that she claimed. Ultimately I'm so disappointed because I actually think one of there employees is a gem!! Her name is Sue, she does great pedicures, massages. I hope the owner gets her act together and realizes that nail salons are a dime a dozen. People like to support good caring people and businesses. read more

I come here often because it is close to my home have never bought a Groupon but when I did they refused saying it was for new customers only even though on the Groupon it states you can actually buy one every 180 days there are others that specifically state new customer this one does not so it is a bait and switch operation both my daughter and myself will be finding a new nail salon the nails they do are ok but shady practices always annoy me read more

The water was too hot and I said something twice and the temp never changed. The polish for both pedicure and gel were sloppy. I have the color all over my hands. Felt very rushed. Gave this place 2 additional visits after I left my last review. Left disappointed both times. The owner, Rachel, is the only one who knows how to do designs from their own Instagram page. I've only been here twice but each time I went they were extremely nice to my children. The second time they even asked for my youngest to have her nails painted for free! I always get the color gel and the women spent a lot of time matching up the color so that it will match my toes as best as possible. My gel manicures have lasted the longest the two times I've been here. It's also very clean and organized! They were very friendly to customers who seem to go there very often. read more

My nails looked like they were grown out the day after they were put on. The acrylic was put on so thick it doesn't look natural at all. Rachel who did my nails cut me 3 times with the file and then put some mystery green liquid on it to stop the bleeding. Definitely not worth the price read more

I wish I read a these reviews before going because it seems many people have had bad experiences with one nail tech in particularl. This nail tech named Rachel was one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have met. I have gone to this nail salon for a few months and never had an issue besides the nails popping right off after a week. Besides that my nail guy was always great. I went this past weekend and had a different person do my nails. Now I was late for my appointment which I apologized for and it wasn't a problem. I had Rachel do my nails, not only was she in a huge rush and rushing my nails she also was extremely rude. I understand being super busy and I have no problem waiting but that does not mean you rush through doing a customer's nails. 3 of my fingers have deep cuts from her filing them even though I said ouch and pulled my hands away a few times. I also noticed 2 of the nails were significantly not straight at all. Not only did she ignore me telling her the first time but then proceeded to argue with me that they were not. She refused to believe or see they were not straight to the point where I gave up and just asked her to please finish my nails. I also kept saying how I wanted them much shorter but she couldn't be bothered to cut them shorter and kept telling me when she files them they will get shorter, ummm yeah so my nails are still super long and not what I wanted at all. But again instead of arguing with her I let it be. She then proceeded to laugh as if I was crazy asking these things. I'm pretty sure I was the one getting my nails done and I was the customer yet I couldn't even get my nails cut to the length that I wanted. Oh and one the nails already broke. So yeah extremely disappointing and will not be going back. read more

Made an appointment to get a gel manicure hoping for a relaxing time on my day off. HOWEVER, despite my high expectations from their reviews on yelp, my experience overall was incompetent and half-assed (for lack of a better word). I had gotten a gel mani and it already started peeling and lifting 4 DAYS after my appointment - definitely not acceptable! The lady who did my nails was also very rude. She kept talking to her coworkers instead of focusing on my nails. Her lack of attention on the application of GEL on my nails left me on pins and needles. Overall, their servicing left me super disappointed. Will NEVER be returning. Horrible and a very very upsetting experience. Probably the best nail salon I have ever been to. I get a spa pedicure and gel manicure. My nails have never been so shiny. Their top coats are the best. Sometimes I get designs and they always know the new trends. Tracy and Rachel are awesome with the designs. I love Winnie! She is one of the hardest working women I have ever met. I have visited this nail salon all seven days of the week and never once has she not been there. I've fallen in love with gel manicures and plenty to choose from and is always updating. I was there less than a week ago and she said had more "new colors". A gel manicure is $20 and lasts at least 2 weeks. Most of mine are closer to the 1 month mark. Prices are comparable to other nails salons in the area but I think the hours, service, and color choices are far better here! read more

Absolutely DISGUSTED by this salon! My mom and sister went in and got mani pedis and there eyebrows done for our vacation this week and at first all was okay. My sister then comes home to me and has a giant burn down the side of her face!!!! They completely burnt my sisters face with the wax!!! Went to J'adore Nails today for a mani pedi but left right after the pedicure. The chairs were not comfortable and were kind of crooked so my back was shifted. Also the chair is set back far from where your feet sit so it was hard to keep them down when they were being polished. The gentleman doing my pedicure didn't mutter one word the entire time, pulled at my feet like an animal or toddler when they want something. very strange. Then when he was doing the cuticles he kept sticking the thing into my skin and each time I literally jumped. When someone jolts back the person should know something is wrong, and this guy said nothing and didn't even look up just pulled my foot back lol! The "massage" was a joke. literally 2 mins per leg and he used latex gloves ! so every time he pushed on my foot the gloves would squeak. Then they would get dry because he didn't use sufficient product. Ridiculous. I understand the whole "sanitary" thing but I've never once had a pedicure and they wore latex. ever. You couldn't get me outta there quick enough and this was a quick pedicure. Last time I will ever be in there. read more

I just recently left here. I went in and they were all so welcoming! The place has also been redone and looks great and clean. I went to Rachel who I found out was the owner. She did my fill in for my UV gel nails and tried a new design on me. Also got a waxing done on my lips and eye brows that was not painful as it usually is. Winnie nail salon has been my go to nail place for years, always a great deal to get a mani pedi here!

Had a really horrible experience here. Came here in the spring to get a fill, and I had asked the woman to only cut my pinkies a couple of millimeters but do not cut the other nails, just shape them. She cuts the nails and begins to cut all of my nails. She kept saying it would look better but I was so upset I just wanted them removed at this point. They let me soak them off and the owner said to me "Don't worry, I will do a new set for you no charge, I do them myself". I only agreed because she said she would do it, and not the previous woman. After I soak off the nails it is not the owner who does my nails (like she said) but the same woman! She was in such a horrible mood that she physically hurt me, making my cuticles bleed and saying horrible things about me to the owner (I understand a bit of Mandarin but anyone can tell she was saying things about me anyway). I know I should have just left after they messed up the first time. While I was getting the new set, several customers came up to the owner and said "Why are you charging us $25? It has always been $20" she refunded everyone except me, after I already gave her $25. My friends and family know never to come here- they have seen the proof of this incident on my hands. read more

Been to this once and would never return. Rude service rude owner . They give people attitude when we try to use Groupon toward our payment. The owner Rachael talks in her native language talking rude stuff about customers. Very unprofessional. After getting a powder gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed for $60 with a 10$ tip I went to register to pay. After having my card swiped 2 times, and staff saying it didn't go through I checked my bank statement on my phone. I told the owner (name known) that the money had in fact been taken out of my account. The owner then assured me that the money would be back in my account within a few hours. Trusting that, I used another credit card to pay my bill. After keeping a close eye on my bank account I noticed the original money was processed and what would have been a $70 charge became a $140 charge. I went to the salon to explain the problem, with all receipts and proof that I was double charged. They were extremely unhelpful and refused to give me my money back.
