Amazing flower arrangements! I bought my wife flowers from here twice and both times they created absolute works of art. My reason for 4 stars is because the second time I called and ordered a box arrangement, it was supposed to be ready at 4:30 pm so I could show up to my wife's baby shower and surprise her at 5 pm. I got to J'Adore Les Fleurs (Studio City location) at exactly 4:30 pm - the lady had JUST started to make the arrangement. I waited for 35 minutes until about 5:05 pm and was late to arrive to the shower. I will definitely order from here again, but please, if you're going to charge $250+ for a box of flowers, have it ready at the time you promised it would be ready by! Time is money and no customer should have to wait 30 minutes in your store to pick up their flowers that they preordered. read more

I placed a flower order over the phone for Mothers day to be delivered. Love the concept of this flower shop and have followed them on Instagram for a while. The flowers look gorgeous from what I've seen! Service was friendly but not what you would expect after paying over $400 for an arrangement not including the additonal fee to be delivered. Sales tax is added too! The price point here is higher end. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful and accommodating. Similar to other Yelp reviews I searched. I wanted a specific look from the company Instgram page, budget was not an issue. They don' t really offer this service?? I was told I could not select an arrangement from the J'adore Les Fleurs photos. Hoping the arrangement turns out nice or looks similar to what I wanted. I was given an email to send the photo of the arrangement that I wanted mine to be similar too. I got to tell you I was shocked to get no response from this company at all. I called left a message to confirm my order no call back either. You can't be that busy! The flower arrangements are unique and beautiful which was why I had been excited to place an order. Unfortuately I was disappointed with my overall ordering experience! The staff really is lacking in customer service. The friendly helpful attention to details was not provided for me here. Did not get photos of my delivery like a few other yelpers mention. I was provided no description of the flowers that would be used just that I paid for a premium arrangement. The flowers would be red and purple jewel tones. The arrangement size is medium or large. Pick the proprietary box color and round or square shape. I chose a large round black box. I was asked when it should be delivered not sure why they asked since it arrived 2-3 hours after the specified time frame. They probably had lots of deliveries to get out. Had to request a note be attach to the delivery which is something my sales girl never mentioned during my call. Seems like flower 101 though! Be sure to tell them with your order so you don't have anonymous flower delivery. I am sure they will deliver a fresh beautifully unique flower box! UPDATE: The store reached out to me and apologized for the prior issue and handled the entire process extremely cordially. I really appreciated the communication and the effort to make things right. Valentine's Day is obviously a busy holiday, so flower substitutions are understandable. I felt like they treated me as though my complaints were reasonable, and I accepted their explanation for what happened the same way. Overall, a very positive experience. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been getting my flowers here on most special occasions (Valentine's, anniversary, birthday) for *years*, but this week marked the end of my time shopping here. The whole reason why I'm comfortable spending so much money on flowers at this specific location is because the quality *used to be* top notch. This year's Valentine's Day arrangement 1.) did not look like the arrangement I ordered online because some of the necessary flowers were seemingly subbed out, and 2.) the ones that were correctly included looked smaller and more lifeless. I understand that the store needs to make substitutions sometimes due to shortages and whatnot, that's fine, but when the arrangement becomes significantly worse, less colorful and smaller as a result then either there should be a refund or there needs to be some communication ahead of time so the order could be cancelled. The last time I purchased flowers here I also felt like the quality of the flowers had declined and they began to die faster than usual (this wasn't due to poor care, care instructions were followed to the letter), but I chalked it up to one bad time. Accidents happen. Now it's just a pattern, though. This is a very expensive flower shop that makes sense to buy from when they deliver a high quality product. But seeing as that is no longer happening, I plan on seeking out a new place. P.S. One final note: when you refuse to offer a window for delivery (and also understandably don't permit pick-up due to COVID), but then say the flowers need to be kept out of direct sunlight, you're forcing the recipients to have to be home all day to ensure they can get to the flowers immediately. That's a bit ridiculous. Other shops can provide a window for delivery, this one should be able to also. Or let people pick up. One or the other. read more

I ordered super last minute for next day delivery (through text.) The person who helped me with my order was super helpful and patient - I had to change the delivery address twice because the recipient was not home. I thought the delivery fee would rise - which I would understand - but it didn't. They work with your budget. A small box starts at $100 and can go up to $180. The price is worth it, in my opinion.
