I visited The Loft to exchange a pair of pants that had a ripped seam. I was delightfully greeted…read moreby 2 managers as I walked in, and as I showed the rip to one of them, without hesitation she grabbed the same pair of pants in the same color and size and effortlessly exchanged them. Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!
