I think you're better off picking up a serious designer bag finding a lower priced nice bag at Coach, Kate Spade or Michael Kors on sale the outlets in Birch Run.. sorry, those bags at White House do not impress me one bit.. The customer she was with looked at us, then smiled back to her. We were helped by a young lady, who was initially nice and helpful. After consulting with the owner about something, she came back and was extremely rude. Apparently the owner thought we were out of earshot when she told her to ignore us. I'm extremely disappointed because my family has spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars here. To receive the discriminatory treatment that we did was unacceptable. We walked out without spending a single penny, and don't plan on returning in the future.

When I went in, they charged me $65.. ok.. They also said it would take "up to 2 weeks" for me to get my ring back. After 2 1/2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called to get an update.. the lady on the phone said "oh, I don't know why they would have told you 2 weeks.. our jeweler went out of town this week, so it's going to be more like 3/4 weeks." Awesome. Then, when I finally get my ring back, I noticed it's way off center! I went back and showed them and they denied they were at fault.. Buyer beware! Trust me, it is worth the drive to go somewhere not only cheaper, but more reliable than here!
