First time I went, apparently her A/C was out. She frantically informed me of what the temp was in the store and that she needed to get home. OK. I get it. Visit #2. No greeting. OK, the owner was busy at the counter with a customer. I cruise the premises. Customer leaves, returns with husband. It was pretty classic so I commented on it. No response. They have some nice things, mostly reasonably priced. 3rd time. I'm def looking for something specific. Figured I'd ask when I got in. Well,, no greeting again. This time she was totally engaged with another woman at the register...the entire 15 min I was in the store. I scoped out the entire perimeter again, was going to get in a question or two, but these ladies were talking about school and their kidz... I'm a #GrievingMom and a retired SpEd teacher, so OK, AGAIN. As I approached the exit, I hear, "Did you need help looking for anything?" My response, "A little late to ask"., and I walked out. I am a SuperThrifter. I've been collecting vintage clothes for over 50 years. I love small consignment shops because they usually have some of the local charm and people who love what they do. Not so, here. Very disappointed

Not much of a toy collection for the kiddos but this is all non profit and you could find a treasure when you don't even expect it. what I think is neat that makes this one stand out is that they have a separate area when you walk in the door for old things and antiques so if you're looking for something specific when your trift shopping or hunting you walk right in and are greeted by all the treasures right there in the front! Nothing is too overpriced and they usually run a sale so be sure to ask. I also found a beautiful necklace it was sterling silver for under 20 bucks shoes run about $3 and I've never seen a piece of clothing over 5. I'll be back way to go little thrift store...

When I arrived, I was told the items had already been "sold" to a friend of the estate sale company before the sale opened to the public. To make matters worse, a sign-up sheet was suddenly produced that had not been available when I was there raising concerns about whether all customers were being given the same opportunity to purchase items fairly. The situation felt very unprofessional and unfair. The rude attitude I received when asking about the items only added to the frustration. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to attend another sale run by this company.

He went on to explain the turnout was so poor he called the owner to get their approval about starting 50% at 3pm that day (they close at 4) vs next day when they open. He explained with the amount of items left tomorrow that prices may drop sooner if there was a lot of inventory left and owners agreed to start 75% off sooner. We thanked him and left. Live an hour away and drove back for 3 pm, were told by the workers they had no idea about 50% off startin. They questioned the owner who said no, I thought when he sees us he'll remember our earlier conversation about him saying to come at three. He was swearing and very belligerent when we tried to tell him everything he said but he would just cut us off. Then says to get my ass off the property, over what? He was spitting, his face turned bright red. Then he changes his story when I confront him on the facts. He started off saying he said 3 tom and we misunderstood . I countered with 50% off starts in the morning not 3 pm, so he modified it to that he told us to come back for 75% off tomorrow at 3. I mean this guy was nasty, I told him we drove an hour to come back. No sane person is going to drive an hour back and make up this whole story of him talking to the owners unless they heard it directly from him. Such and unprofessional person, last thing he needed was to chase away buyers when he had next to none. I mean my husband had to tell him several times to stop screaming and swearing. My husband is a retired police offer and he said after we left the guy is a psycho. I will never go to one of his sales again and word back from other buyers after posting about him, is he's lost a lot of customers over his bad behavior. The guy is a hot head, rude and ignorant person. I will add, he never allowed us to finish the entire conversation we had with him earlier, he would cut us off and start screaming....

What a beautiful store! I was blown away with how well stocked and organized it was. The space, the…read morelook, the flow - it's lovely. The building itself is an original flat-iron style building, which looks like it could easily play a starring role in any Hallmark movie. The owners have done a great job restoring it. This is a must-go for anyone visiting the Goderich area with children. They have a large clothing section with new and nearly-new items. I came here with a friend who was shopping for toddler clothes and she found some amazing pieces at great prices. They also have a maternity section, and lots of toys, books and unique gift ideas. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town.

I have found Almost all of the Volunteers are super sweet people, And the store is pretty clean and has a lot of space. The change room is pretty clean aswell, but it is a bit small. Everything is fairly organized and labeled by something. All of the clothes are in order by size and books and movies are mostly in the proper genres. The categories might be split up in different parts of the store though. 5 out of 5 for the most part!
