Nothing super special about it. The employees were friendly but not overly welcoming like I've seen at other B&B Works stores. I wasn't displeased with the service but it wasn't anything to brag about either.

They buy discounted, damaged and liquidated stuff like food, clothes, appliances, electronics. They also have many things like you would find at a dollar store like toys, jewelry, food storage containers, tools and random decor. Wander around the store and you'll likely find a few cool things often for a great deal. And they have additional sales sometimes too like 20% or 30% off. I don't know how often, but I have caught sales several times over the past couple of summers. Give it a look! Just don't be competition, please. Save me some.

The trick is to go often as they get new merchandise daily. There's times I go multiple times a week and rarely leave with nothing. You'll find things you didn't even know you needed! I also follow them on Facebook where they'll post newer big items they've received. Just recently I've seen treadmills, mattress and box spring sets, and couches!! They've also started an online store, but I prefer to shop in person. I will say though when they first started their online store they had iPads for sale! Apparently, this location just opened, so I was bombarded with a bunch of grand opening promotions. From past experiences, I absolutely hate going to cell phone stores. I just wanted to make this process quick, cheap, and painless. I wanted to get in and out as soon as possible, and they were fast in giving me the cheapest upgrade possible: a new Samsung J7 that was priced at a normal retail price. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I was given $50 in free accessories and another rebate for a later purchase that I was unable to use since I don't live in the area. I hope I don't have to come here again, but they did a good job and got me what I needed.
