Sorry I just spent 179 dollars for a tux that doesn't fit. Similar instances with 2 other weddings and wayyyyyy back in HS for both proms. Maybe I'm just the unlucky one. They only really messed up mine this weekend. So 6 out of 7 I guess isn't bad odds for a wedding. I know when I get married I'll be searching else where. 5 strikes you're out. She wasn't our cashier it was a nice gentleman whom handled our transaction well. The girl on the the other hand was to busy to really deal with us. Yes she folded clothes and put them in the bags but was to busy talking with an associate about a nail polish color and avoiding our existence as little as possible. We had two garments which one was lower than the other and we wanted to know why. SHE NEVER ONCE SAID THE UPCS WERE DIFFERENT! She gave us no specific reason why the prices were different just that it was to big of a difference for her to change it. My mom spends thousands of dollars in their store and for seven damn dollars they wouldn't lower the price. Really? I called today and the manager said they were different UPC well she never said that and it still doesn't excuse the way she treated us. Basically hurry up and get out attitude. I said I didn't really need a new shirt in general, just wanted something cooler than the top I had on. The new owner said, "Well, in that case, I just put some cute new tops on the clearance rack." So thoughtful! She even came over to help me find ones in my size and pointed out the best deals. I bought a soft, pretty blue Columbia tank top that I've ended up wearing all the time. I visited The Loft to exchange a pair of pants that had a ripped seam. I was delightfully greeted…read moreby 2 managers as I walked in, and as I showed the rip to one of them, without hesitation she grabbed the same pair of pants in the same color and size and effortlessly exchanged them. Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!
