The delivery personnel were so nice and took extra time to clean up my floor under the washer as I struggled to bend over. The experience was like the "old" days when service was a priority. Thanks, I will be back if I need another appliance. I bought this at the West Branch, MI, store; glad they opened one in our community.

While dropping off a bag of donated garment, I was approached by a rude and obnoxious employee that insisted on yelling at me for dropping the bag in the wrong bin (an honest mistake). She insisted on being extremely combative with me even though I told her I wasn't sure where the proper drop off was supposed to be. She was extremely rude and had no remorse for her terrible attitude. I treat people with respect, and I would hope that someone in customer service would do the same, especially when someone is trying to donate to charity. I hope this employee eventually understands that a little kindness can go a long way. Again, thank you Amy for your help in settling an uncomfortable situation. Bob
