She's going to make sure that your expectations are realistic and sometimes that might require multiple visits or patience! Results come in their own time and she has NEVER let me down. I trust her completely. There's clear and fair pricing. The service is impeccable. Orenda is on the cutting edge of the industry. I ALWAYS love my results. On a personal note, Molly truly cares about her clients. I love that she cares about her employees. Orenda is like a warm, cozy blanket but also a place that is serious about aesthetics and all that encompasses. I wish I could go every week!

Leaving another review as Orenda had my previous review removed…read more I had been a loyal client of this med spa for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My husband scheduled what was clearly communicated and booked (with both Molly and the spa) as a touch-up service with a set price of $150. During his visit, he was told he had a few additional hairs on his neck, which were quickly treated. However, at checkout, he was charged $300--double the quoted price. When I reached out for clarification, I was told he had been treated for a full area, which was not accurate based on what was actually done. Despite explaining this, we were told we were lying and that they would stand behind their new employee. A week later, I received a phone call informing both of us that we were no longer welcome as clients and to "find somewhere else to go." After I shared my experience in a review, I was then contacted again and threatened with legal action if I did not remove it. This situation was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially after years of being a customer. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this spa due to poor communication and lack of customer service. Things are good until they are not.

I am sad to say this has been the worst "breakup" with a lash artist one could ever imagine. Here…read moreit goes. This is coming from someone who KNOWS what a cancellation can do to your wallet. I get it. But, seriously, people come first. I don't care if your "work" is 100%, 75%, or a total shit show-- if you show compassion and understanding for people, you will have repeat business. Not happening here. 1. Charged different prices for lash fills--- didn't matter if it was 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or maybe 3 hours. It was whatever she felt like charging with a nice 20-25% tip included each and every time. Willing to let it go.. I guess. I'm busy. 2. Unprofessional scheduling--- I'll let that go if that was the only complaint, but seriously, getting anything straight was a disaster. 3. THE BIG ONE. I had to cancel an appointment with 8 hours notice. Now, I wish it was because I was taking a beautiful all expenses vacay and well, gosh, just forgot the day I had the appointment. But no. I had a friend pass away from cancer yesterday-- only a year older than me with two young kids. They will not see another holiday with their mom, my friend. Not to mention, I have a very sick pet family member who needed to be seen by an emergency vet twice this week. Both have exhausted me financially, emotionally, psychologically, and physically. Probably not the best time to get your LASHES filled when you can't stop crying and your eyes are puffy? I don't know. Not a lash expert. Long story short. She wanted to charge me the full price for the appointment and I'm NOT okay with that--- I would have happily paid her for her NON time at half price... a luxury I wish I could demand when LIFE happens of my customers. Gosh darn.... wouldn't it be nice to schedule tragedy around super convenient times? Well, if you go with this lash artist expect ZERO grace!

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more After spending thousands of dollars over the last seven years as a loyal client of Skin & Body 101 in Parker, I am shocked and appalled at how unprofessionally I was treated once I decided to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, they continued to charge me, and when I followed up, I was lied to -- told that I had been refunded *last month*, which was completely false. Not only was there no refund but I was also met with hostility. Angela outright yelled at me and seemed incapable of understanding why I was furious that they had essentially ** stolen money from me. This kind of behavior is not only unethical, but It's no wonder there are rumors floating around that they struggle to pay people reliably It also speaks volumes that for years after moving to their "new" location, they couldn't even afford a clinic sign just a blank wall and some excuses. The only redeeming part of this place has been Caitlin, a truly talented esthetician who has always been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I sincerely hope she finds a better, more reputable clinic where her skills are properly valued. If you're considering Skin & Body 101, think twice. Loyalty and money clearly mean nothing to them -- and neither does basic integrity.
