Who knows the 8 immortal flavors, superb sauce, preparations, and the magic of the breath of the Wok! On 11 April 2026 we decided to go to the restaurant and eat in instead of takeout. We invited three friends to come with us. The only mistake I've been making concerning the Jade Palace is not having eaten in house more often. The preparations went to the next level for the eat in house experience! Exceptional Do not classify the Jade Palace in the norm of American Chinese restaurants. Although the menu may look, typical, the preparations are exceedingly superior to the typical American Chinese fair. You will not be disappointed. Our menu items included: Hot'nSour Soup, roast pork chow fun, roast pork Moo Shu (Chef's roast pork is outstanding) Chicken EggFuYoung, terrific chrisp Chong Qing Chicken w only 8 chill-peppers is an extraordinarily huge flavor bomb wow !!! Surprisingly decent American-Chinese food. Really quality ingredients. Not too salty, and very flavorful. The winner was the general Tsos tofu. Crisp fried, soft but without being mushy in texture. Eggplant was also great - they use Japanese eggplant (IYKYK). And the beef chow fun wasn't bad at all, though noodles were a bit soft in texture, probably cooked just a bit too long. Menu is good, with plenty of selection. Prices were slightly higher than I expected, but that's probably true everywhere. Restaurant itself was clean, well lit, comfortable seating in booth or table. The service was polite though a bit slow at times. And there really wasn't a lot of dine in traffic. Decent Americanized Chinese food. Lo mein is tasty, General Tso's chicken is good. Fried rice is average. Don't get the spare ribs - they were dry and tasteless (they looked delicious but nope). Id rate a smidge higher than Lin's. read more

Some of the worst food i've had in a long time. Prices are high, up charge for extras (brown rice). Restaurant is empty and dishes are full of celery and carrots for fillers. Broccoli in the dish looked like it was from two days ago. Beware!!! I am throwing away the menu! read more

There was nothing offensive or bad about the food it was just very run of the mill and bland. The Capital Chicken is billed as, "Named after its city of origin in Hunan, this dish combines strips of chicken breast & vegetables in the chef's special hot sauce." It was sweet rather than spicy and there was nothing particularly Hunan about the taste. My wife got the Chicken and Broccoli. She likes her food bland and this was too bland even for her. Why can't there be a Chinese restaurant that would serve authentic tasing food without having to order off the special secret Chinese language menu? read more

We heard good things about this place. We ordered our typical Chinese food The wonton soup was ok. Egg roll was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The beef lo neon was below average. The amazing chicken was good. I liked the texture and crispiness of the breading. I am unsure if I'll be back. Love this place! I read some of the other reviews and I have never had an issue with the meat or flavor my food. It's always very flavorful and good quality. I like the tangy shrimp and scallops, crab rangoons, Singapore rice noodles, anything with shrimp, Mongolian beef and egg rolls. Prices are good for the quality of food. Just like empire palace menu. We went to Jade Palace for dinner upon recommendation from a friend (and fellow lover of Chinese cuisine). He raved about their lunch and told us we had to try it so we headed over (a 25 minute drive) that same day. Our very favorite Chinese restaurant in Cranberry Township closed several years ago when the owners retired. Since then, we've been looking for a place with similar quality, flavor, price and great customer service. We were not disappointed. The hot & sour soup is some of the best I've had. Great flavor profile and it had me tearing up by the end of the generous serving with a good amount of spice. For the main course we had Kung Pao chicken and the Beef in orange sauce (?). Both were fantastic, just the right amount of sauce (not drowning in it!). The egg rolls are small but very tasty - for the price, under $2 each, they are unbeatable. The only minor disappointment was that we ordered extra spicy and the heat level wasn't there. We really like spicy so we're picky in that department. The Szechuan peppers themselves (yep, we tried them) in the dishes weren't very hot. As a fairly accomplished cook, I get how something like that can really change the heat level in a dish so I'll give them a pass. Everyone we encountered who works there, in particular Michelle (who owns the restaurant with her husband) were absolutely lovely. They're a new establishment, they're working hard to build a clientele and I give them kudos all around. We'll be back (and next time I'll take a quart of hot and sour soup to go!). read more

I decided to order from here because of it being a new restaurant and I was able to have it delivered through Grub Hub. The food was not very good. The fried rice had no flavor and I was charged extra for it! Everything is way too overpriced and definitely not worth it. I've ordered Chinese food from other restaurants and paid half the price for way better food as well as getting way bigger portions. I will not be ordering again. read more

Awful, just awful. The crab rangoons had no crab flavor (all cream cheese), and the pork in the barbeque pork with broccoli was tough and fatty. We couldn't eat it. We also ordered the Capital Chicken because the description said "strips of chicken breast" with no mention of breading. The dish contained what appeared to be breaded and deep fried chicken nuggets....not at all what I wanted. The sauce, described as spicy on the menu, was a flavorless, greasy brown sauce.
