Everything was tasty. Everything tastes fresh, every time I pass by it's always busy and popular , service was fast and friendly. It was clean inside. I think I'll go back there again today for lunch now, I'm craving it thinking about it but yeah, you know first time I went there. Picture this: One evening, when everything else was full or closed, I decided to give their bento box a try. It was a gamble that didn't pay off. What a letdown! The food tasted just passable, like something you'd reluctantly grab at a mall food court after a long day of shopping. Definitely not worth the price. On another night, when options were limited again, I found myself back at Fusia, giving their ramen a shot. To my surprise, it was pretty good! I thought, "Hey, maybe I've found a hidden gem!" Here's the kicker: In all my time in Ithaca, never once have I found myself saying, "Hmm, I'm really craving Fusia Bento Bar tonight." It just doesn't happen. Fusia Bento Bar is that backup plan when all the better options are closed, or the lines are way too long.

Usually one staff member to manage the whole floor, and kitchen staff in the back. And once a phone order was missing a dish (probably due to the poor single person managing the whole floor as cashier, host, wait staff, etc). This often sets take-out orders back as well. Usually on slower days, it's fast (20 mins). On bad days...like Cornell graduation weekend, it will take an hour+. I think there was a huge group of over a dozen in the tiny restaurant, ordering lots of food & drink. Came in to pick up at the time projected & sadly had to hang out at the restaurant an extra 30 mins + because of the overwhelmed staff. Let's hope they tipped generously! I would love to dine in one day, if they ever set up a table outdoors. In the meantime, for takeout, ALWAYS call to check on your order, given how busy & behind on orders they often get. Where we live, there are many authentic Korean restaurants, and we wanted a little taste of The Lotus to offer our experienced amateur opinions. We shared the pajun "pancake" with seafood. It was a generous and varied mix of tender white fish chunks and al-dente shredded veggies such as scallions, deef-pan-fried in a lightly-crisped light wheat dough.
