Well the good is the food is decent. Nothing to write home about but is edible (if you like Chinese food). The bad is the price. You will pay almost double or triple what you will pay for the same meal down in Binghamton. For 50-60 bucks I will walk across the street and have a sit down meal at Aiellos. I've never eaten inside the restaurant but it doesn't look too bad. Looks clean inside. Nothing out of the ordinary. And this establishment always takes longer to get your food then they tell you. If they tell you 15-20 minutes then you will probably end up waiting another 10-15 minutes at the restaurant for your meals. wrong dinner.. ordered pepper steak... when I opened the package at home it was beef and broccoli!! No peppers or onions. The fried noodles came in packages from wholesaler, not fresh homemade as stated on menu... it is a 30 minute trip to get there so don't think we'll be going there any time again. I really like this place, and not just because it's the closest Chinese takeout place. The food is ALWAYS made fresh every order. This occasionally creates delays and that is something that some customers complain about... but it's a small price to pay for extremely fresh food. I've had American Chinese food in lots of places. Outstanding Food! One of the best & probably the most expensive. Make sure you ask for sauce because they will try not to give you any. Same with utensils. They wont ask you if you need any You have to ask. Normally others have self service station. If it wasn't for the cost & having to ask for everything I'd give them 4 stars. read more

I can't eat Chinese buffet food after having theirs. It's really good, and it's made fresh. Everything I have had is good. Mongolian beef is great. Singapore mei fun is a favorite. Their spring rolls are excellent. read more

I didn't give them five stars because they tell you it will be ready in half an hour but it takes closer to an hour. Vegetables were colorful and perfectly sauteed, crisp and delicious and they definitely didn't skimp on the meat. Vegetables were broccoli, carrots, bok choy, celery, mini corn, snow peas, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. The garlic sauce was perfect - not to spicy but the garlic kick pronounced and flavorful. Option of white rice or pork fried rice with the meals. Great little spot if you live in our ate going through Whitney point! We read the one review on Yelp and saw the 4 stars but we don't agree. Obviously their business is 9/10 take out.So we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when we dined in. The restaurant was very cold. When we asked for a little heat, we were told that they couldn't do it. We had to pay for water and had only a plastic fork and a Styrofoam plate.Did I mention that the back to our booth was broken? We were sure the food was going to be good because of the 4-5 take out customers who came in while we waited. That too was disappointing. Hands down the best Chinese food in the area.... but beware you will wait for your food on a Friday or Saturday night up to an hour more than what you are told for a pick up time. I love their food and choose to wait or not order on Friday or Saturday nights as I don't enjoy watching the other customers reaction ones when they are waiting over an hour longer than they thought they would have to. read more

Well I called in an order at 5:59pm. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes? I got down there and was not surprised that it was busy and only two people working. I seen people come and go. Still waiting on my order. It now has been an hour and still no food? WTF!!! This Chinese restaurant is the only one within a twenty plus mile radius. The food is pretty good depending on what you order. The shrimp and garlic is our normal go to there. It's what I always ordered. When we order I always order by the number on the menu and speak clearly. Always repeating the order at the end to reinsure our order is correct. We picked the order up brought it back to our house (which is about 13 minutes away) they made chicken and garlic not shrimp and garlic. I immediately called the restaurant the man answered the phone I attempted explaining several times what the situation was. Eventually he understood. I thought I heard him say come down. I assumed that meant he would remake our food correctly. Went back down to pick the correct order up. The women refused to remake the order. Claiming I ordered chicken when there was five people in my house who heard me order the food. She was yelling and pitching a fit. They ended up calling someone who spoke better English after a half a hour they wanted the chicken and garlic that was at my house. Which we were not driving back to get. Which I didn't understand as it's corona season and super dangerous to resell to other people. Very scary they would even consider that. The women on the phone said they would remake only one of the shrimp and garlics. I had ordered two. So this was our last time spending fifty dollars on inferior Chinese. Not only did they lose my fifty dollars a week they angered me enough to make a yelp and tell everyone about it. Hope it was worth the measly seven dollars. very deceptive and sneaky. if you say fried instead of white rice they upgrade it to a quart and charge 8 dollars per qt. with meals on menu says egg roll and rice included. received no egg rolls.. new management now and all prices went up a lot. $78.00!!! never again. read more
