Decent Chinese food, big plaza with a lot of parking. We came for dinner on a Saturday. Got our food pretty fast. Things are a little bit on the oily side, but it's ok. Just eat with more rice. :P I did wish the spicy wontons were not sweet, then it'll be perfect.

RC is a very good restaurant, beautiful decor inside, with a great selection of various styles of delicious asian cuisine. Our party found many vegetarian, as well as meat dishes that everyone was happy with, these included; Appetizers Scallion Pancakes 5* Vegetable dumplings (steamed) 4* Shanghai soup dumplings 3.5* Cold sesame noodle 4* Soups; Beef belly stew noodle soup 2* Entrees; Beef with scallions 5* Sesame chicken 4* Ma Po tofu 4* Stir fry pea sprouts with garlic 5* Broccoli with garlic sauce 4* Dry sautéed string beans 5* Tofu dry pot 4* Sesame tofu 4* Spicy vermicelli with minced pork and bok Chou 3* Seafood with salt and pepper 2* Service was very friendly, and I would love to try some of the other dishes if I'm back in the area.

I ordered General Tso's chicken to go with an egg roll. They took my order giving me time to look at the menu and then told me it would be ready in about 8 min. Wow, no problem. The food was as expected and delicious. I would easily eat here sometime as the atmosphere was really nice.

I this restaurant. The dim sum was delish! My favorites are the shrimp dumplings and the shrimp in fried tofu skins. The shrimp with chives was also delicious as were the soup dumplings. We also had a dish called lamb soupy which was also very tasty and it came out in a huge bowl that was enough to serve four people. The service is excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is decorated very nicely and the bathroom was clean. Yes, it is a little bit pricey. However, the portions are very generous, and in my opinion, you get what you pay for.

Solid 4 and would get the same thing again. Wish it was a little less drowning but it was still darn good with a side of white rice. Walked in and ordered to go and didn't wait more 8 minutes. Likes the decor enough to nab a photo. Will come back when I'm in town to sit down and try some more!

An authentic Chinese restaurant in Binghamton? Sign me up. Located a few minutes off the BU campus, this place is likely meant to give students from NYC a taste of home and it does that in spades. The outside is unassuming but inside, the owners spared no expense in making this place look fantastic. The decor looks like it could be out of Flushing and the menu most definitely does too. The restaurant serves the usual Chinese American standards but also some really authentic stuff like mala dry hot pot. Finding a place like this in Binghamton was most certainly a surprise but a pleasant one. Enjoyed our meal here unexpectedly, thumbs up.

    Szechuen beef stew noodle soup

Walking into the restaurant made me smile. I absolutely love the design and thoughtful art pieces that made this feel like an authentic Chinese dining experience. There were varied seating options, some of which included table cook tops. I am not a Chinese takeout fan, but really enjoyed the variety and dishes offered. My husband ordered the beef and broccoli and enjoyed it. It was cold out, and I wanted soup! My server recommended the szechuen beef noodle soup. The flavor was good and noodles filled my belly, but I was not ready for spice level. So be warned my kids both ordered the boa and gobbled them right up (after cooling them off from the steamer). When back in town, I would eat here again!

Authentic Chinese, not the quick take out. The best and spiciest food in the area. One of the few dine-ins left around.
