This is one of the better Chinese buffets around. Very clean interior with attentive staff. They have a nice assortment of fresh sushi. Some of their meat dishes are overly salty but I've found a few winners I enjoy like the honey chicken, black pepper chicken, & peanut butter chicken! I really wish they had some steamed vegetables that are unsauced to add to their fried rice & noodles. I find myself spooning out mushrooms, broccoli, and peppers from the other meat dishes to add to my rice & noodles for some extra flavor and crunch! read more

The establishment is very clean and the people are very nice but the pictures online definitely make you think that the food options are greater than they are. you do not want to eat the fried rice. It is hard the crab Rangoon have no flavor. The chicken wings are hard. The hot and sour soup tasted like garbage. Enjoyed a great lunch date with my husband at the new Jade Buffet in Collinsville. Building is the former Golden Corral and recently renovated - interior remodeled and super clean. Friendly staff greeted us at the door and escorted us to our seats. Great selection of food options - fresh made sushi, variety of Chinese food, baked salmon, chilled shrimp and oysters, assorted desserts, etc. They even had a kid friendly selection for picky eaters (chicken tenders, French fries, fruit, etc). The all-u-can-eat lunch buffet was reasonably priced at just over $12 per person. The owner's wife introduced herself at our table and they thanked us for coming upon leaving. read more

The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The price is reasonable and not excessive. Restrooms were clean and pleasant to use. We will go back. We ate there Sunday evening. It was busy, but not packed. I though it was expensive at first, you pay when you enter. However, once I saw the variety and quality of the food, including sushi, I thought it was a good value. Everything I tried was the correct temperature and very tasty. I recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit again. The service was great, drink refills and removing used plates was timely. For a large restaurant, it wasn't too loud. Went yesterday to see what everyone was talking about at Jade the food was cold and not good at all I never went to a buffet and after one plate threw in the towel because the food was bland, cold and not appealing. This is definitely one of my favorite places to go in Illinois, the price isn't bad and the food is definitely the best around and I've been to alot of buffets and food chains, The service is also very good they have good workers, the ambiance of the place is very nice as well it's clean and well kept and not too loud( maybe I'm too focused on the good food to notice) overall definitely 10/10 in my book. I hate to admit but I eat here atleast 2/4 times a month because it's just that good and I live an hour and a half away. read more

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I dined there earlier today with family and was extremely unhappy and disgusted. There was stuff floating in our water and the silverware still had food on it. As we were finishing our food and talking, there was a mouse running along the edge of the wall. It ran under our table and even hit my father's shoe. The server seemed to notice and asked if we were okay. We left immediately and drove past 5 minutes later and the entire restaurant was closed with all of the blinds drawn.
