    I only liked the pineapple

Really 3.5, vegetarian version. Clean and options filled. They had tofu broccoli which was great. Green beans garlic were very nice. Mac and cheese was cheesy. Seaweed salad and kimchi a nice surprise. Hot and sour soup tastes like canned bamboo shoots- I couldn't eat it. Fried rice too oily. Wasn't a fan of the lo mein either. But lots of people eating the other offerings and seemed happy. The only good dessert was the pineapple. Overall not bad. They should offer another vegetarian sushi and roll them better- they were falling apart. The wasabi was good and so was the service.

Overall bright and clean. Food was good. But not enough vegetables. Sauted green beans are a favorite/staple of ours and there were none

Popping onto Yelp just to try to bring people's attention to this criminally under-appreciated…read morelittle restaurant. I'll admit to having kind of written it off for a long time due to the weird menu/concept (it's hard to trust that a restaurant is going to serve you a burger, some empanadas and a plate of pad Thai and execute any or all of them competently), but the good people at Fusion are serving food that's truly, honestly about three times better than it needs to be (caveat: we've stuck to the more Asian sections of the menu, so I won't make any bold claims about the burgers). The Chinese portion of our family unit said that my drunken noodles reminded him of the stuff that a street vendor sold outside of his middle school, which like, IYKYK (if you don't know, this is about the highest praise a plate of noodles can get). I'm not normally a major pad Thai enthusiast, but the version here was well-balanced and flavorful, not just kind of sweet and gloppy like a lot of local versions, and the broth for the chicken noodle soup is also truly random-SE Asian-street-cart level flavorful. If that wasn't enough to sell you on this place, the draft Sapporo is five bucks. In conclusion: please come here support these nice folks so they can continue to make above-par food for many years to come.

I will admit at first I was a little nervous, the restaurant only had a total of four menus so we had to share, and we were told the bartender hadn't showed up that day. Nonetheless, I immediately got a good vibe from the guy working there. The menu had a Colombian section, a burger section and an Asian section. We all stuck with Asian dishes. It quickly became clear that the guy taking our order was the only one working. He got to work making the meals for six people. While he was cooking away, another large group of at least seven people arrived and sat themselves. You'd never know there was one guy doing everything all alone because the food was beautifully presented, all dishes were served together and man was it delicious! Everyone was very happy with their meals and we all got a variety of dishes. This is clearly a small business and definitely worth checking out. The one guy there was working so hard, but was so friendly and still attentive, despite manning the place alone. I will definitely be back to try out more

I enjoyed my usual small bowl of Shrimp and Pork Wonton Soup ($8.00) with tender dumplings, egg noodles, scallions, cilantro, and crispy shallots in a flavorful broth. Best ever. Upon my recommendation, we both ordered the Shaking Beef, or Bò Lúc Lắc, ($25.) which is a delicious Vietnamese dish of marbled cubes of beef tossed in all the good stuff: soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, a little sugar, butter, garlic, and black pepper. Everything is shaken around in the wok to get a nice all-around sear, hence the name...Shaking Beef! We enjoyed it with Brown Rice instead of Jasmine. Kudos: The cubed filet mignon was cooked perfectly; it was tender and pink in middle. Outstanding! Two reactions: --I did not like the lime dipping sauce because it was very salty (grains of Sea Salt intact)served in a small dish that was on the plate, so next time I will order another type of sauce. However, the beef was flavorful without it. --There were too many sliced red onions and not enough spring onions. Our two orders to go (Pho with Filet and Chicken Wings) were ready when we finished lunch. Grandsons were delighted! Service was efficient and courteous as usual.

We did not cook our own food on the tables, as we were exhausted from our drive. We did pass by patrons doing so, and were not impressed enough to try this option. The bar appetizers sounded like they would be great. The food was awful. All frozen pre-fab products. The sampler appetizer was a debacle. Essence of cream cheese and crab in the rangoons, "dumplings" were certainly not gyoza. All of the items tasted like they came out a box. The scallion pancake was disastrous. The lamb kebabs were charred and inedible. Will continue the search for edible food in Albany!

I chose the Spicy Stir Fry Pasta, opting for udon noodles, broccoli, spinach, carrots, chicken and shrimp, which the staff member added those ingredients to a metal bowl, then brought back to the kitchen to be custom prepared. My food was hot and ready and boxed in about 7 minutes. The portion was just right, enough for a filling lunch in one sitting. This dish was spicy and very fresh tasting, and piping hot.
