I had an awful experience with a dental group in Broomfield which left me never wanting to visit a dental office AGAIN. Sheri at the front desk made me feel right at home, so much so, I didn't even need to visit the office first before telling my friends they needed to hop on this train. They have a super easy online application option that was much less laborious than other crap applications I am used to completing with dental. No bleach beige hospital feels here. The beautiful aquarium full of tropical fish had me wanting to hang out all day. Each room is carefully decorated to make you feel like you're in your trendier home away from home. They took care of me immediately and scheduled an appointment for two root canals with an endodontist (Mark Wood) that they partner with in the same building. I was on an antibiotic for a few days prior to the endodontic treatment, which was also a stellar experience, and following these root canals walked upstairs to BCS to finish the procedure with fillings on the crowns the endodontist worked through. I was in and out for two rear molar root canals and follow-up treatment in two hours, start to finish! I've since been back for the new patient process, full x-rays, exam, scheduled cleaning, and the experience was as good as any I've ever had. Everyone person on BCS staff has been welcoming and capable. They also seamlessly handled insurance billing, and their prices seem affordable with or without insurance.
