I highly recommend all ampm's. However, if I were to rank the ones in the county, this would…read moreunfortunately be last place. Let's start with the pros: the gas station. It has a gas station outside, of course. It's exactly what you'd expect, all hours of the day. No issues there. Same lower than average prices. I've got no problems with their gas. But, if you pay with cash, beware of the inside. Unfortunately, I've come here semi-regularly for the last few years. I'd still come at least a couple times a year, before I moved to living closer to it in 2020. I can confidently say, I've never seen this location hire a good cashier. Most don't enjoy their job. Or they'll do a bad job, amongst all other critiques people have for employees. I once witnessed a very personal argument between two employees, because they were yelling at each other as loud as they possibly could. It's really a night and day difference from the Kelso location, which holds their employees better and hires better ones too. It's got a terrible ambiance because of that, and because of the customers who roll in. You're gonna see the usual odd customers of Longview, to put it kindly. It's also just a dirtier feeling store overall, especially when compared to Kelso. However I will say, they seem to keep their stocking situation in a good place. You may not find hot food, which is unfortunately generally the case with most ampm's the past few years, but otherwise this should have what you expect from ampm. Here's a way to describe it: if they had a good cashier, then it'd probably be a pretty good location. You see odd people all around town, so that's not make or break for me. I've unfortunately never managed to purchase any hot food at this establishment, they're always out. If it's anything like other ampm's, it's pretty tasty, affordable and very hot. Is there anything else to say? I guess I could include that I overall love "ampm" and will have no problem stopping by here. The employees being bad aren't exactly an uncommon thing in town. Overall, this establishment is a bit more suspect than you'd expect considering its location. It keeps things in stock, has a good gas station, and shouldn't be too deterring to locals. Visitors might be a different story, because employees can't be kept, and aren't good enough to necessarily be sad about that. My actual rating would be 5/10, but considering Yelp is five stars and not ten stars, I'll round down to two stars since I overall don't love the establishment.

All she said was that some pumps are that way. WTH? If the station knows about the problem why not get it fixed? DUH! She tells me to go to another pump, at which time they were all full. Went in for alignment with all new suspension and steering rack. They attempted and reported inner…read moretie rods on the new rack were too long. I cut 1/2 inch of each side. They left my wheel well plastic unfastened which I ran over and ripped off, plus got grease on the brand new carpet (and I let ALL of that slide) I returned for 2nd alignment adding mount and balance of my $5k wheels using their "touchless service". Upon second alignment, they discovered they were unscrewing the rack the whole time. It never needed cut but "they usually don't check that." During the mount and balance, after watching every tech oogling and handling my wheels, I asked Rick again the protocol of their touchless method in which he had to go out and inform the techs that they need to stop. (Quoted protocol was only 2 techs are approved to do it, they'll review the wheels with the customer for damage prior to working on them, the touchless machine won't damage them. And I pay more for the service.) They did not review them with me. They scratched the center bore and cooling fins, then Rick argued that it can't happen "it never gets touched, there's no way" "I'm telling you, nothing and nobody touched the wheel" that's why it's a touchless service" I asked to see the machine, in which I quickly identified what caused it... The conical mount, in which his tune changed to, "oh, well, that's the only spot." I understand something has to hold it, but they should communicate the hazard risks I also let that slide. Then upon attaching the aero discs, they cracked all 4 and chipped 1. And to top it off, the tie rods were on the wrong sides, so it impacted the wheel ripping off the balancing weights. (I didn't even hold that against them cause they didn't install them but some say, since they're the professionals, they should have caught it.) No one in the office communicates with each other Rick quoted the protocol, the guy next to him made the appointment, and neither informed the techs unboxing the wheels to what service. They're friendly, but they're far from professional and it cost me a 1/300 set of wheels. If you care like I do, find somewhere else.

Deliberately destroying a customer's verification marks to cover up questionable work is childish, dishonest, and unacceptable. The technicians made the entire shop look dishonest. I will not be returning. Full Review: I really wanted to support this business...the front desk staff has always been kind and professional, but the lack of care and deceptive behavior from the mechanics on my recent visit (09/01/2026) completely broke my trust. The entire reason I switched to T and T Tire was because my previous dealership failed to rotate my tires properly, causing uneven tread wear. Ironically, it was a member of T and T's front desk staff who originally suggested I mark my tires to verify the rotations. During my visit for an oil change and rotation, the tires were once again not rotated correctly for my vehicle type. This was the same issue I had during my last visit with T and T Tire. While waiting for them to correct it, I walked over to place something in my vehicle, only to find my glove box completely taken apart and left sitting on the passenger-side floor. Despite this, I remained pleasant and understanding with the front desk, acknowledging it was near the end of the day and that everyone makes mistakes when tired. The front desk staff was visibly embarrassed and frustrated on my behalf, apologizing for the lack of attention to detail in the shop. The breaking point happened when they brought the vehicle out the second time. Every permanent marker line on my tires had been deliberately scrubbed off. You could clearly see the wipe marks where each indicator had been removed. I had driven on those bold markings for miles, and they were completely intact after the first service. Instead of completing the job properly and allowing me to verify the work, the technicians chose to wipe off the marks so I couldn't confirm whether the tires were ever actually rotated. The front desk staff shouldn't have to carry the burden of mechanics who cut corners and compromise the shop's integrity. The front desk staff was visibly mortified by the mechanics' behavior, even venting out loud: "They find new ways to make us look stupid every day! This is ridiculous!" He was absolutely right. Everyone makes mistakes, but going out of your way to wipe off a customer's verification marks to hide whether the work was done is shady and unacceptable. Had they simply reattached the glove box, completed the rotation, and returned the keys with accountability, I would have gladly remained a customer. Deliberately destroying a customer's verification marks to cover up questionable work is childish, dishonest, and unacceptable. The technicians made the entire shop look dishonest, and I will not be returning.
