We called NEDT and they immediately came out with a crew to secure the barrels by putting them in large containers, clean up around where the barrels had been, and remove the barrels. What a tremendous service. From my first call to the the pickup of my material everything went…read moregreat. I recently bought a house and had about 30 partially used cans of paint and roughly 100 bottles of motor oil and household cleaners in the shed and basement. I had been dreading getting rid of this stuff as I thought I would have to load it in my car, risking a spill. Marty gave me a fast and accurate quote and picked up everything from my driveway the next morning. I didn't even have to be home. The icing on the cake was that the drivers folded my tarp nicer than I would have and tucked it in a spot where it wouldn't blow away or be an eyesore to the neighbors. If you have any household materials that need to be taken away, give them a call!

Sal reached out, and he was kind, compassionate, and made me feel like he truly understood what I was going through (we must have been on the phone for almost an hour talking about my mom's situation). I was ready to use his service, but after I showed him pictures and a video, he advised me to use a deep cleaning service instead. Though he was certain Biohazard PRO could do a great job for us, he told me a deep cleaning service would cost significantly less. He didn't have to be so candid, but he wanted to make sure I didn't pay more than I needed to pay. Many people would have put money over empathy, but not Sal, and I very much appreciate him!!!

This is a very professional, responsive outfit and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are easy to communicate with (emails almost always answered within an hour or less). The crew who did the work were friendly, thorough and left the basement as spotless as a basement can be. Since the remediation, I've asked the owner several questions about other potential contamination issues and he's always been helpful. Five stars, for sure.

I don't think I have ever written up a poor review for ANY company, but the lack of professionalism…read moreand disregard from this company needs to be made public. I live about an hour from them, but was told my location was no issue so they came and gave me an estimate for what seemed like a pretty straightforward job and they said they'd call me. Didn't hear from them for a couple weeks, I called, said I'd get a call back, didn't, called again, said I'd get a call back again, this went on for a while until I finally got a text from the guy that did the estimate saying the company doesn't want to provide services because of location (actually they said they wanted someone closer to replace my floors, but they would handle the mold under them if I really wanted, though when the man came to my house he said all along he would get someone else to do the floors, not him, they would just address the water damage, which I was fine with). Anyway, very confused I requested some sort of explanation- called the woman who answers the phone many times who was as confused as I was, extremely apologetic and knew *exactly* what to say to sound regretful, guaranteed someone would call me back... which never happened. I had to keep calling and calling, to which she would apologize profusely again in shock that no one ever got back to me. And yet, I NEVER got any sort of explanation of what happened after many guarantees that "the owner would call me." So i wasted many weeks of time when this problem needed to be addressed and fixed quickly to avoid more mold from growing, in addition, most importantly, to the risk my family (including my newborn baby) was at by (reluctantly) letting this man into my house during the pandemic because I knew this needed to be dealt with in a timely fashion. If they came for the estimate and decided they couldn't do the job I expect a very prompt phone call. The exact opposite happened and I had to chase them down and then still was left with zero information, explanation or apology to this day.

I hate to go to Waste transfer facilities. They charge a minimum of $160 (that's the cost per ton,…read moreand they don't split tons). I can't lug even close to a ton in my wee truck. We had a bunch of stuff to get rid of, and I had some more stuff from a jobs site to get rid of. I had a brainstorm, and realized that I could kill 2 birds at once by getting a dumpster. So, I called around, and this place was cheapest, and he delivered right away. We have the dumpster for a week, and cleaned up our whole house of crap, and I dumped all work related stuff, too. $100/ton, and it's charged by weight, not whole tons. The rental for the 15 yard dumpster for the week was the cheapest deal I found, too. Saved me a ton of time, money, and aggravation. The fact that the service was friendly, and prompt, didn't hurt one bit. My only gripe is with the random folks who view our dumpster as their own trash receptacle.
