Kimberly and Barb, her assistant, were absolutely the most dedicated real estate professionals I've ever known, AND we've moved 7 times, so I know! We immediately had multiple offers and a final price of thousands above listing price. The results spoke for themselves: our beloved home was sold in just 6 days to the best buyer. He was immediately available to show us places. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time looking at units that didn't meet our requirements. The transaction ended up being very challenging due to multiple contingent escrow and lender challenges, and Conor kept the deal alive through all the challenges.

I currently live in Texas, but my mother's home was in La Jolla and I had to organize all of her belongings for donation or sale as well as prepare the property for sale and get it sold in a timely manner. I had no idea where to start or what the scope of the project would become, but I knew that I needed a significant amount of guidance with true professionals. My mother's neighbor suggested that I call Noonan and Associates as a reliable La Jolla realtor and we ended up interviewing three different realtors. Greg and his son Conor were third on our schedule, but they proved to be a classic case of saving the best for last. They walked the property and checked every room and then my sister and I sat down with them to discuss our needs as well as our hopes. They looked over the professional appraisal we had already had done and were able to clearly explain where they saw some issues and then we discussed timing. They fine-tuned my list of things that had to be done which only made it seem like a bigger project than I had envisioned, but Both Greg and Conor were clearly fully invested in helping us in any way they could with the entire process. They have a highly competent staff for every stage and step of the listing, showing, escrow and closing process. and more importantly to us, their extensive knowledge of the La Jolla area and their local expertise extended to them "having a guy" for just about anything we could possibly need. They helped me get everything in the house organized by introducing us to a professional organizer who's team came in and had everything wrapped, boxed and labeled to be dispatched to worthy local charitable organizations in only two days, Conor and Greg were available whenever we had questions and provided us with options for trusted resources for cleaning inside and out, someone to remove the carpet and clean things up when we discovered that the original hardwood underneath was in pretty good shape, as well as a plumbing resource and an electrician who gave us much better pricing than the ones our buyer found while we were in escrow. I was an engineering director for a large tech company, and I can honestly say that I would not have been able to get the job done without the care, composure and guidance of Greg and Conor Noonan. They were in constant contact with us throughout this seemingly impossible process. I would heartily recommend this firm to anyone, any time, thinking about a purchase or sale in the greater La Jolla area. They know what must be done, how to get it done and have the team and resources in place to help propel their clients to the finish line. I wish I could award them more than 5 stars

Gregg Whitney and Billionaires Row was recommended to me by a friend who had used them to sell his…read morehouse after having trouble with previous listing. Gregg had helped him renovate, sell within two weeks and get a great price. This sounded like what I needed so I called Gregg and he met me at the house in La Jolla immediately. We did a walk through and he added many things to the list of what I had put together as necessary fixups. I was impressed by his eye for what would add value, as well as the pricing for his contractor and subs. I had many repair people I could use, but I would have had to get bids, supervise, and pay up front.. By using Gregg, he was able to put everything under one office, the pricing was very competitive, and we were able to pay for the last part out of escrow. I looked at his listings, was impressed with his marketing, including gorgeous photos and premiere placements in media. I also felt his recommendation for asking price was fair, not too high, but also not priced too low to just generate a quick sale. His office staff, Alexis and Theresa, were highly professional and thorough, starting by gathering all documents ahead of time during the renovation so the closing would be as smooth as possible. They handled several last minute changes, and always picked up the phone no matter the hour. Responsive, calm, and detail oriented...these terms only begin to describe my sense of being in good hands. After completing paperwork, renovation , staging, photography and reviewing the listing, the property was listed from Thursday to Tuesday. We received 13 offers, countered the top three, and sold to someone who felt they got a good deal, as we did. My husband and I could not have been happier with Billionaires Row and recommend them without hesitation.
