Very pleasant personality and a beautiful looking doctor. She explains everything well. Sticking to her as my Primary Care physician for the rest of my life. read more

IMPORTANT THIS WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE!!! If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. And if you see a review with a star rating over one don't even read it, it is probably the doctor's friends (if she has any) or people she payed to write that review. First off the staff are all very stuck up like wow having a receptionists job makes you sssoo great. You walk in and they already look down on you, you don't even get a "hello". You get a "gross you're sick" vibe. Not to mention they don't even know how to use a computer, I have no idea what they are so stuck up about honestly. They probably feel good compared to the sick people coming into the clinic. AND THE DOCTOR, DO NOT GET ME STARTED. I have no idea where she got her degree at but she comes to work an hour after lunch break is over in her five inch heels and MISDIAGNOSE you. Yes she's a doctor that probably didn't even read her college textbook. I had a lung infection and I had to go back TWICE before she even sends me to take an X-ray. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY, most doctors know if you have a lung infection just just by listening to your chest but she listened to me twice and said "yeah I don't think anything is wrong with you but since you keep insisting okay I'll give you an X-ray". I might as well have cancer written on my forehead and she might not even know. The only decent one is the nurse, she's nice and respectful. And actually makes you feel like a person, not some walking bacteria. I transferred out of her clinic, if you can even call it that and it's only been a week since I had her as my doctor. read more

OK I RARELY write negative reviews. But this place has HORRIBLE service. I was treated terribly at this place. Saw the doctor for hypothyroid symptoms. She ordered bloodwork. I got a call a couple days later....all the lady said was "your bloodwork came out normal'" ... uhhh what about my symptoms?? About 10 days later I was on vacation with my husband and I get a call from Dr. Dos office because something in my bloodwork was irregular. Mind you, they tested me for leukemia (one cause of fatigue). So now I get to spend the rest of my trip anxious about my results. And why did they tell me it was normal in the first place??! When I get back and meet with the doc she tells me I have vitamin D deficiency. I ask her about my thyroid results and she insists they are normal. I asked her if she did an entire thyroid panel...she says "yes". When i eventually get a copy of my bloodwork...she did not do an entire thyroid panel, she ONLY checked TSH levels (most gp docs check TSH and t4 if not a full panel)... so it seems she only understands basic endocrine function. Plus Vit D deficiency is common in hypothyroid pts. I end up getting a prescription for Buproprion for my extreme fatigue, weight gain and depression (all symptons of hypothyroid). The prescription helped with fatigue quite a bit. But I still couldnt lose weight despite my small appetite. I visited Dr Do to get a higher dosage and refills. She writes me an incomplete prescription. When I get to CVS that evening they tell me that she forgot to write what type (suspended release). So they'll call and I can pick it up the next day. But the incompetant employees at Dr. Dos completely mess it up. Its 4 days later and I pretty much had to get a new script. My pharmacist and I must have called them 10 times each and they kept giving my pharmacist incomete information. They prescribed XL tablets twice a day and XL is a one a day extended release tablet. Ive gone across town TWICE today to get it all straightened out in person before I finally got the new script. I called around 5 times just today. My pharmacist said that the receptionist hung up on her twice! The last time I called i asked to speak with the nurse (who told me she would fax script asap and didnt 2 hrs later). She just left me on hold. When I called back they let it go to voicemail! I called on my husbands phone twice...and they did the same thing! How unprofessional is that?? Its such an incompetent practice. If i could describe this office in one word its APATHETIC. They could give two $h!t$ about their patients medical needs. My prescription was not critical but I would hate to think what someone with a serious medical problem would experience if they were denied needed medication. No one cared that I needed my rx filled. In fact it seemed like they were purposely not faxing the info my pharmacist needed...or at the very least had no idea what they were doing. They keep giving excuses for not doing their job. The woman who answers the phones should be fired. They are very disorganized. Im not going back to this doctor. Im going to see an endocrinologist to get a more in depth look at my thyroid function. read more

Worst doctor I've EVER encountered! The physicians in 3rd world countries offer better care. If I could rate this 0 or something less than 0 I would. 1) She is incredibly rude, lacking in any care or attentiveness. She makes you feel like you're an inconvenience for taking time out of her day. She spends all of 5 minutes with you, maybe, if you're lucky. 2) She will make you come back 3 times to discuss 3 issues, because she gets to bill extra for each visit. She won't do anything over the phone, anything whatsoever even a prescription refill on something always prescribed, without an office visit for this same reason. Everything is about money; nothing is for the betterment or ease of her patients. 3) When I got my medical records after transferring, I found out she had taken all of 3 pages of notes (and I have a very complex medical situation) over more than 6 months. She basically paid NO attention whatsoever. 4) Neither she nor her staff respect the privacy of patients (doors are left open, confidential matters are discussed in open hallways as well as at the front desk and via phone where everyone in waiting room can hear.) 5) Her office is filthy. And no one speaks English well. read more

The worst practioner ever! I came in for a check up and she recommended an updated papsmear. I went along and did the pap smear and I got a call back to come in for the results. I had an appointment and I still had to wait another 30 mins. Finally, it was my turn to go in the room and The Dr. came in, we chatted for a few minutes then told me straight out I had cervical cancer, unsympathetically. Do you know how many things are running thru someones mind when your Dr. says to you that you have cancer?! Anyway... She referred me to an OB/GYN specialist which took another 2 weeks to get the appt. After I waited 2 weeks, I met with the OB/GYN specialist and he had to do a biopsy to make sure the severity of it. I had to wait another 2 weeks to do the biopsy, then waited another week for the results. When I met with the OB/GYN specialist, he said I did not have any precancerous cells and I am no where near having cancer. With her misdiagnosis, I had to push all of my IVF schedule back for nothing and I wasted so much time and money. She really had me and my family so scared. I don't recommend her to anyone at all. read more

Worst office staff. Wife requested a recommendation letter to see a specialist and was told that it would be processed...Called back mid-week to check status and was told to wait. Called back a week later and was told that she needed to see the doctor...WTF, why didn't they tell her that in the beginning? Will never come back..... read more

Great service, such a great real doctor. Thanks

Unfortunately, I feel this place cares more about money than their patients. I called to schedule an appt and the first thing they asked me to do is to bring cash for my copay. They didn't even bother asking why I am coming in to see the doctor. The wait wasn't that long since it was almost their lunch time. But as I sat in their waiting area, I saw Dr. Do and as she saw a lady who came in after me for Botox. She greeted that lady and took her into her office right away. Of course, I saw one of her nurse practitioners. A week later, I called back to get my lab results. The office told me that it is not available yet. What? After a week. It takes a day to get lab results and don't expect them to call you back. You need to call them to track it. Terrible service! read more

I've been going to Dr.Do for ten years she has been an awesome doctor to me and my family I never have a problem making an appointment to see her when I need to, all her staff are is very nice and helpful I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a family doctor read more

I hardly give people a negative review but i have to write this review. For my insurance, i don't have to pay co-payment for annual check up. when i was seeing her, i told her why my elbow still hurt (she know this problem for years). She didn't wait for me to finish my question...and told me that today just for blood test....Nothing else. Her staff actually told me before seeing her that i need to pay co-pay in order to ask doctor a question??? So for her, annual check up is not allow to tell her what wrong in your body unless you pay. She wants you there for money! read more

This place is awesome! Anytime we come here we always feel welcome and receive great advice / consultation from Dr and staff, especially Anh (the tall lady sitting in the middle if my memory serves me well). Now my whole family switched to Dr. Jaclynn Do and my daughter really likes Dr. Do's sweetness and carefulness. Thanks Dr. Do for the awesome service. Btw, wait time is around 15 minutes if you have appointment which is really acceptable compared to other Dr. offices. read more

I hate writing negative reviews but I just left the office today and am so pissed off at the front desk girl that I had to say something. First of all, I saw Dr. do yesterday and she was great. Nothing against her. What happen was they overcharged me for my copay. I thought my copay had gone up since I haven't been to the doctor for awhile. When I got home I called my insurance to make sure. I was told that my copay was only 20 instead of the 40 they charged me. So I called the doctors office and the girl who picked up told me that it was their mistake and to come back to get my 20. Well, they were about to close in 15 min so I wouldn't be able to make it so she told me to come back tomorrow to get it and she will leave a note on my chart. So I came back this morning and another girl in the front desk kept asking me if I got a call from them to get the check. I explained to her the situation and she kept on saying the same thing "did u get a call to pick up the check"!!! I told her again what happen and that I called my insurance. She then said the insurance company aren't open on the weekend. I told her they are and that I can call them right now and prove it. I explained to her that I paid cash for my copay so I should get the cash back today. It wasn't going anywhere. We kept arguing back and forth until another girl ( the one I spoke to yesterday) ask for my name and she remembered me. She apologized and gave me back my money. That other girl was soooo rude. This was there fault and I had to deal with the attitude now??? Sorry Dr. Do, but I'm switching doctors today. Can't deal with incompetent people. read more

I rarely write reviews and I felt compelled to address the issue my sister in-law and niece endured at dr.Do's office today. My sister in law took my three year-old niece to see the doctor for an allergic reaction to something where she has a little rash on her face. While waiting for the doctor, one of the front office personnels told my sister to leave the office and to take my niece and to wait for the doctor in the car, because she assumed my niece has some type of contagious disease and cannot be waited in the waiting area. First, if they felt my niece might have some type of contagious condition, they as medical professionals are obligated to assist the situation and got her the help and care she needed, but they have failed at doing so. Instead, they turned her away and said they were advised by dr. Do that, there is a new law that came out today 02/04/15 that patients who have certain conditions CANNOT stay in the doctor office and MUST wait outside the office. I have never in my life heard such thing, because I know there are any people out there who have different types of diseases and I have never heard anyone anything like this before. I am not a medical professional, so I don't fully understand the protocol, but I think the way they treated my sister in law and niece who came to the office to seek help was an act of rudeness, unethical and certainly unacceptable. With that said, we will NOT be coming back to this office in the future and I will be contacting the medical board for further assistance. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Do's for years only out of convenience. She is right down the street. But I can't stand it any more. I have been trying to get a refill onmy prescriptions. I called the office to check. The girl who answered told me that they already ok'd the refill. I advised the lady that the pharmacy did not receive and that there was another prescription that I needed to refill. She stated that the pharmacy needs to request. I td her I was the patient and that I am requesting. I asked her to pull my file and put it on the Dr.'s desk. As I am talking to her she hung up on me. When I called back the lady who answered the phone starts telling me that the other lady did not hang up on me. I had both calls on speaker so my daughter could here. I then asked that the office manager or Dr. call me. I was told that if the Dr. wants to call me she will. Are you serious? Yes they were because I never received a call. This isn't the first time either. I was misdiagnosed twice. She was a doctor of convenience. I was advised that my throat xray was normal and it us not. They are also very slow with getting you results, even though there are at least 6 people in thw front office. She does not have an answering service. And the first language on her voicemail is not English. read more
