***AVOID AT ALL COST***
If it is even possible to give a 0/5, I would if I could!!! This doctor is HORRIBLE!!! I got infected with pink eye on Monday and came into Dr. Do's office on Tuesday. My appointment was scheduled at 10:45AM, however, I had to wait for 30 minutes until I was able to see her. When she came in, she made me feel as if I was not important and she just wanted me out of her office as soon as possible. She has no care for her patients and that's not how doctors should act in my eyes (I'm sure a majority of people would agree with me). She prescribed me with an antibiotic eye-drop for my eye and I wanted to ask her a few questions about it, but she rushed me out the room as soon as she got in there. So frustrating.
After 3 days of using the eyedrops, it seemed to be getting worse, so I called into the office to make an appointment. I was told that I could come right away because there were no patients. I asked the receptionist if I needed to provide my name for her to put me down on the list, but she said "No, there's no one so you do not have to." When I came, the ENTIRE office was FILLED with patients, with absolutely no seats for me to sit and wait. I had to go to my car to sit; going back and forth to check if my name was called. What type of service is that?! I was told that I had to wait for 30 minutes... This ended up being a 45 minute wait, then my name was FINALLY called.
I had to do a physical exam and I was told to take a urine test. One of the nurses gave me a alcohol swab to use, however, when opening the swab, I found a dot of blood on the "newly unopened" swab package that was given to me... YUCK! I was disgusted & completely forgot to take a picture before throwing it away... UNSANITARY!!! Then, I was given a room to sit in to wait, again for the doctor. However, I come to find out that Dr. Do was NOT even present at the office, but there was a different doctor on site. When I explained to the doctor what had happened and my eye was not getting any better with the eyedrops that Dr. Do prescribed (she initially diagnosed me with bacterial pink eye), however the doctor on site said Dr. Do WRONGLY diagnosed me and gave me the WRONG eyedrops to use. Instead, she said that I had viral pinkeye and that it is now spreading to my second eye. WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! The onsite doctor prescribed me with new medication to use for 3 days and thankfully, I can say, that after 3 days, my eyes DID get better. Never EVER coming back to this office!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come to this doctor! read more
