She is savvy, smart, professional, kind, knows the ins-and-outs of house buying, she gave us excellent tips that really made us stand out to the sellers, and she always listened to us. It was our first time buying a house so we were very overwhelmed with all the papers and verbiage, and Anna was always just a quick text or call away (around the clock!), and was always very happy to help us. By the end of the process, Anna became a friend. She was always on our side, very reliable, had many connections to inspectors/painters/contractors, which we found out is very helpful in the house-buying process. Long story short, you can't go wrong if you pick Anna as your realtor!

Like most RE people, she sent us a list, I looked at the houses and did not respond to her about them. So... she called me. I proceeded to intentionally test her by telling her to "go jump in a lake, I don't need you". It was a little harsh but she handled the objection like a pro and softly persuaded me that she could help me. THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED IN A SALES PERSON. Don't just pick someone with a license. Find someone like Linda or just get it over with and call her now. If all RE people could take a class on how to work with a customer, we would all be better off. She'll tell you the way it is but give you alternatives and work a plan to get through an issue smoothly. What else can I say... She worked with myself, girlfriend and daughter for several months to find us a home that we all liked. I never thought we would all agree on a home, but the outcome was great and I would definitely suggest that you give her a chance.

All my real estate transactions with her have gone smoothly and without a hitch. I feel very lucky to have an agent I can trust to represent me. She is hardworking but never too busy, very professional and yet warm, a real go-getter but she's never ever pushy. She always thought of what's best for me, regardless of how it will affect her own interest in a transaction. She's so fair that way. She wants to make certain that I'm 100% comfortable in all aspects so that in the end, everyone is happy. One can't help but build a bond with her because she is genuinely sincere. She's a woman of her word, a truly wonderful person with a good heart. I admire her, and through the years she has gained my utmost respect. She takes pride in her work. Her experience and knowledge are apparent in how she carries herself when you talk to her. She stays a professional from start to finish. She is smart and is very articulate. She is patient at explaining things. She keeps very active and stays on top of what's going on in the real estate market and the community so you can count on her to help you make intelligent decisions. Rita has become not only my realtor, but a friend. Because at the end of the day, though it's all business, you want someone who cares and who will do right by you. I will continue to recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you Rita for everything all these years ! September 29, 2010
