We've rented throughout LA for the last 12 years and have experienced all types of management, from working directly with the owners to large property mgmt companies, and Jeremy has provided the best experience thus far. Every and any service issue was met with a prompt response and quick resolution. As a family with a small child, attentiveness and communication are things we value as tenants when it comes to things that need to be addressed. We never had issue with not getting a response and were always updated and aware of progress. It was such a pleasure to have Jeremy as our property management and would highly recommend.

We have been talking to Abbe for years about selling our sweet little Echo Park home that we had outgrown. Abbe was patient with us, supportive, found us an incredible property pre-listing, and collaborated extraordinarily well with everyone involved with our sale and purchase. We tripled our space and found a wonderful new home, and our sale went extremely well. Direct, clear in her explanations, and always on our side, Abbe was the consummate professional and partner from the first to last day of this experience. Buying and selling a home at the same time is double stressful, but the ease of working with Abbe made it absolutely manageable, and even sometimes enjoyable! I recommend her unequivocally.

It is because of their sterling reputation that my partner and I entrusted Will and his team with our purchase and sale of three different types of residential properties: condominium, single family residence, and multifamily property. From our experiences, here are top three reasons why we recommend Will and his team and would use him again for our next purchase or sale: 1. Will is a great advocate when it comes to negotiating offers and counteroffers and in dealing with other parties. His stunning background in international trade policy and Hollywood comes into play here at the client's advantage. Will helped us strategize and obtain good outcomes on all of our sales and purchases. 2. Will is a great advisor. His strong local knowledge about the neighborhoods and local regulations is founded on his brokering, property management, and development experience in LA. From neighborhood safety, zoning, entitlements, easements, to landlord-tenant matters, we knew we could count on Will and his team to get it right. 3. Will is a great connector and has deep connections in the real estate industry. He is just one speed dial away if you need a solid connection to a handyman, a CPA who advises real estate investors, a real estate attorney, or a home staging specialist. We've consulted with everyone Will has recommended and have been happy with them all. Will and his team have handled all of our matters expeditiously and to our great satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any residential matters in LA.

Communication was great along the way and Steve (their transaction manager) does an amazing job at making sure that all required documents are completed when they're supposed to. It's been many years since I've had to search for a new apartment, and I was a little nervous about…read morehow the whole apartment-hunting game had changed since my last time around. So I decided to look into using an apartment broker, to take some of the burden off myself and let a professional handle things instead... After looking at a few different firms online, I got good vibes from The Rental Girl (TRG), a boutique real estate agency here in Los Angeles, that also handles apartment searches. I liked the fact that the company is on the smaller side (around 20 or so employees, I believe), so that you really get their full attention. And for me personally, it was also a big plus to support a women-owned business. For apartment searches, they offer a couple of options: 1) You can sign up on their website to access listings on your own. or... 2) They also offer a concierge service, where they take inventory of your specific needs and wants and then do a customized search for you, which includes setting up walk-thrus, handling paperwork, and basically taking charge of all the less-fun aspects of looking for a new apartment. Their concierge service is made up of a team of people who each cover a different area of Los Angeles. For the area I was looking in, I was assigned a terrific, friendly dynamo named Itza Campos. She took great care of me every step of the way, serving as a sounding board (and even a therapist at times, lol) as we considered various apartments, before landing on just the right one. It was a true pleasure working with her and I really can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me! TRG concierge service isn't inexpensive -- it's equal to the price of one month's rent on your new apartment -- but I have to say that I consider it money VERY well-spent. Itza made the whole process fun and basically painless. I would recommend The Rental Girl without hesitation for anyone who wants help in finding the perfect place to live. Thanks again to the great team at TRG, especially Itza!

We just bought our first house and I'm thanking my lucky stars we did it through Jenny and Dale!…read more House buying can be a *harrowing* experience. Example - the very first house we put an offer on was in Burbank, and we offered 5K over asking. Turns out that ours was one of almost 40 multiple offers, and 9 of these offered 100K over asking. Who can compete with that? NOT us. If you want to feel completely out of your league - try buying a house in LA. Jenny and Dale were very patient with our inexperience. I remember before we bid on that house, Dale positioned our expectations accordingly. "They're listing it low to spark a bidding war. This house could jump substantially." We told him our price cap and that we were unwilling to chase the price - Dale never pressured or urged us to go further than we were comfortable and he seemed content to let the process take as long as it needed to. This helped A LOT. I can't imagine having to go through this process with an agent tapping his foot and checking his watch. After we heard the news about the runaway house, I remember Dale reaching out with a smiling, gentle "how we doing, guys? The housing market can be rough, but they won't all be this bad." That was exactly what we needed to hear and it came and just the right time. Eventually, we found another place and it was thanks to Dale that we got in to see the place before the open house. When we started to get excited and wanted another look, Dale again managed to get us inside somehow. Dale assessed the value of the neighborhood and alerted us both to positive growth and potential problems going forward. Dale spotted a tree that would need to be yanked and identified that the lawn was a strain of grass that feels great in bare feet. Dale steered us through negotiations and charmed the seller's agent while we did inspection after inspection. We got the house! Then, his job complete - Dale moved heaven and earth to get us the keys early so we could keep our Internet installation appointment. WOW! Talk about going to bat for your client! Time and time again Jenny and Dale exceeded expectations. When buying a house seemed a task beyond comprehension, they assured us getting our dream home was possible. On two occasions - they told us something was almost certainly impossible, and managed to make them happen anyway! We got our dream home and that's entirely thanks to Jenny and Dale! I'm pleased to recommend them unreservedly!

Ultimately is was an estate sale. I was living in the house, my Aunt lives in Sacramento. I had to handle all the day to day's. Meeting's, Cleaning, Maintenance, Face time, Etc. My Aunt, very Particular, not the easiest to get along with so I had no communication with her during the whole sale process but Jenny did a great job managing to let both of us know what was going on separately. I appreciated that. When she first put my home on the market she was realistic with prices in today's market, comps, the usual stuff, but her own personal touch was the professional photographer she brought in to take amazing photo's of the house. I think it made all the difference. Estate sales are rough, but Jenny always informed me a day in advance of potential buyer showings, opens, and recently listed and sold houses in the area. Jenny made selling my home seem easy. She text and emailed me each step of the way. She's a no pressure Realtor, she will tell you whats going on, good or bad. She isn't just a Realtor, when your around her its more like talking to a friend you've known for years. She's an amazing agent and that's not even giving her enough credit. If you are looking to sell your home, I would recommend Jenny to anyone of my friends and family to use her.
