There needs to be some type of back-up system due to medical necessity. When we were in last Thursday, 10-8-26 my wife picked up the wrong cheese block as it was in the sharp cheddar location bin, and she did not check it and got mild cheddar, which we do not eat. When she took the cheese back Ashley, and the store manager said they would not exchange or take it back.
