After 5 hours, I had to call again, wait on hold and be treated like an impatient child. When I indicated I wanted to do a followup visit, a local friend recommended Dr. Boerner. From the beginning, the treatment and care provided was vastly different! His office staff is very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work travel schedule. When I arrived, I was met and greeted by everyone, even when they were just walking through the office! Dr. Boerner was kind and listened very intently to my concerns. We chatted bout my lifestyle, interests and what I wanted the outcome to be. He was realistic, frank and compassionate at the same time.The comfort level I felt was unexpected and beyond positive--it was like we were in my living room, not some cold, sterile medical environment! Up until checkout this was a great visit. Checkout itself took forever. There was a line and with 3 cashier's you'd think it would move quickly but each transaction seemed to take forever. Yes, they are painful but I have had many done and never experienced the kind of pain I did at her shop. When she was all done and left the room I looked at the finished product and I still had some wax on me plus there were patches of hair still there. It looked really bad.
