I internalized the treatment I received by the CA surgeon, who was aloof, rushed most of the time and curt all of the time, leading me to believe it was me and my persistent questioning style all along. His office staff was dismissive and inattentive during my recovery. When in pain, I contacted the office and was told someone would get back to me. After 5 hours, I had to call again, wait on hold and be treated like an impatient child. When I indicated I wanted to do a followup visit, a local friend recommended Dr. Boerner. From the beginning, the treatment and care provided was vastly different! His office staff is very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work travel schedule. When I arrived, I was met and greeted by everyone, even when they were just walking through the office! Dr. Boerner was kind and listened very intently to my concerns. We chatted bout my lifestyle, interests and what I wanted the outcome to be. He was realistic, frank and compassionate at the same time. The comfort level I felt was unexpected and beyond positive--it was like we were in my living room, not some cold, sterile medical environment! After my procedure, his staff called the next morning to see how I was doing! In today's world, who does that? At the most, I expected an email and lack of personal attentiveness! The followup visits were great and the great treatment one gets can be depended on. I would recommend Dr. Boerner for any treatment, surgery and ophthalmology in a heartbeat.

It makes it being a convenient one stop shop. I'm going to be honest, customer service here is so inconsistent. There's staff that is so kind and helpful. Then there's staff here that should be working in the beauty industry with the kind of negative attitude that they have. But recently, I feel like staff has changed and shopping here has been so much more pleasant and actually fun! The store is smaller and congested but I actually like it! I feel like it's full of stuff to look at and test out. I did grab a handful of products today. The gal that helped me out at the register today was really nice! My app coupon wasn't quite working but she made it happen for me. 10 bucks off is a nice chunk of change to save. I adore that she made sure I got to save some money. I'm sure that I'll be there to grab more product later this month. There's always lashes, setting spray for lip gloss that needs to be picked up. I have been fortunate enough to have great service my last few visits. Hoping it stays consistent.

I expected a busy store but this one seemed quiet. Maybe because it was early afternoon on a weekday. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if there was anything they could help with. I went straight for the nail polish and they had multiple gold polish to pick from. I got one and on my way out I found a new lotion by Hempz, Serene Waters an extra moisture lotion. Up until checkout this was a great visit. Checkout itself took forever. There was a line and with 3 cashier's you'd think it would move quickly but each transaction seemed to take forever. Usually they are quick so I am not sure what was going on.

I visited this office earlier this year to have a gum issue checked out. It was swollen and they…read morewere able to squeeze me in quickly. When I got there they did all the X-rays, poked the gum, and then the resulting dentist came in and looked at my mouth for less than 10 seconds. He declared that we should remove the tooth, and then declared I had 3 cavities as well. They did not tell me to do a salt wash and see if the gum irritation cleared up, nor did they say to take any medication. In my shock, I scheduled a follow up to remove the tooth and fill in my new cavities. Then I got home and did some research. I did a salt wash for two days and the swollen gum went down to normal. Then I booked a secondary opinion appt at another dentist. Once again did the whole X-ray and other checks. Not a single cavity, nor did they think the tooth should be removed.
