I am over the moon with my powder brows! Clayton does a masterful job, and no question, has innate…read moretalent. As important, his skills are honed from so much experience. You can't just do this stuff watching videos! I continue to be impressed with Clayton's abilities--and his dedication to constantly getting better. I always seem to learn something during my treatments--because he is always learning himself. My brow experience was fantastic. No pain (and I am a huge pain wimp), very efficient (but not rushed at all), and they look and feel GREAT. Even on Day One (no pain!). Clayton also listens well, takes time to find out what YOU want...but also gives his opinion when you want it--and you should. After all, he IS a trained and very experienced professional! His opinion/advice are part of what I am happy to pay for. This is about the sixth different (facial, lashes, etc.) service I've received from Clayton over the years, and perhaps the 20th overall with Clayton. His facility is clean, bright, comfortable, clean, relaxing, clean....did I mention that it's clean? One thing I noticed from my very first appointment with him years ago, is his attention to the safety and hygienic conditions of his place, tools and services. He was wearing gloves and a surgical mask LONG before they were cool. ;-D I also like getting my skin treatments and products from him -- he puts a lot of thought into selecting what will really work for you. As for the product I purchase, he is very patient about making sure I know what I'm doing with the stuff! Clayton makes the whole experience a pleasure. And let's face it--usually getting lashes or brows done is not "fun." But because of Clayton's personality and caring, I really look forward to my time at Meraki Skin Spa. I relax, knowing I am in really good hands, with someone who has my best interests at heart. Clayton genuinely derives joy from helping his clients feel as good as they can....and that's his special magic.

What! A guy that writes a review for Bath & Bodyworks? Yes, My name is Charles Friday and I am a…read moreBath & Bodyworks fan. Wait, before responding, let me explain because I wasn't always a fan or loyal customer and I avoided these stores with their cute little names for the lotions and other product lines. It was just too offensive for nose and like those perfume / cologne kiosks in the department stores, my olfactory sense was taking a beating and then headaches would start. So what changed? Last year we stayed with family in San Diego, and of course we had use of their guest bathroom. After exiting the bathroom, I kept smelling peaches and I couldn't quite figure out where the peach smell was coming from. It was like a nagging feeling of familiarity or having a really bad hungover and not remembering all the details of the sudden appearance of the tattoo or belly button piercing. Finally, after scouring the kitchen and all the scented candles, I went back to the bathroom to discover that the hand soap was culprit that I was looking for. Now. you must thinking, ' Did he like it or not like it?' I did indeed like it. That particular hand soap is called, ' Peach Bellini ' and there are two versions. There's the ' Deep Cleansing' and the ' Foaming' Personally, I like the deep cleansing. The other that I really like is the ' Kitchen Lemon ' It's not for washing dishes but it's great for washing your hands after prepping, cooking, or washing dishes. I don't have any of the other scents or infused types but there's quite a variety ranging from 'Black Cherry Merlot' to 'Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin'. I think the value is good too. I recently purchased 6 for $18.50. Sure its a little more than the .97 to 1.49 handsoap at Wal-Mart, but I its worth it. Just FYI, Bath and Bodyworks also sells decorative holders for the handsoaps, if you are in a higher tax bracket and can afford it. Besides, the handsoaps, there's lotion, candles, and etc.. Maybe, I'll check that stuff out another time. Bath & Bodyworks has quite the collection of bubbly young women working there. They are extreme friendly and there's no shortage of smiles and cute laughter. Lastly, you may want to visit before Thanksgiving, as they are typically packed from the front door to the register during the holidays. So go get some soap and lather up!
