I asked Maria to leave my curls uncombed so they'd last longer. I'm not loving my hair at this stage, but I'm hoping I'll like it more once I comb them out. Maria was lovely, and I enjoyed chatting with her. I loved the blowout Marissa gave me on my last visit, so I'll request her next time. Maggie at check in was lovely and had a nice style about her!!! I love DryBar Eagle. You'll love it too! read more

I had my first Drybar experience ever here on Saturday. Anna washed my hair and did a strait blow dry for me. My whole experience was fabulous. Anna is fabulous and this place feels perfectly fun and relaxing! There was a lot of thought and effort going into making sure the atmosphere is amazing. Thank you! Can't wait to come back! read more

It was ok.Really for younger ladies with extensions. I went in for a blow out and they gave me a book to select a style that were wayyy not for me or my age or shoulder length hair. Those styles are for young ladies with longer hair. My hair was still slightly damp when I left and fell flat after an hour. Don't go if you're over 50 or 60. You may be disappointed. Plus they try to upsell their products. No thanks. Never again. read more

Dry Bar Eagle is amazing! I am constantly in awe of the service to their customers, being a bar fly member I love knowing that I can come in and get top notch hair care, with a smile! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are accommodating if you have to bring in your kiddo, and also have hairstyles "Shirley Temple" for your girls! You can bring in large parties, or rent out the house for a party like the photos I have attached for a social event! The owners are so fabulous. I can't wait for the second location to open summer of 2024 in the Renegade Hotel in downtown Boise!! I highly recommend this place for all your blow out needs!! read more

What a scam. Went here for the first time and paid $100 to achieve what I could have done myself at home. The waves I asked for looked nothing like the picture she just curled my hair normally without any discernible skill. Only think worth my time was the scalp massage and that's it. Never coming back. read more

Love the outcome of my blowout with Xandra on 2.21.25. Not only is she talented, but she's also very sweet and great to talk to.

Had an appointment for a Friday afternoon. Called to cancel at 11:30am because my daughter got stung by a bee and I had to deal with this emergent situation. The girl I talked to on the phone assured me it was not a problem and to take care of my child. Hours later, got a call from an obviously upset woman who said I no-called, no-showed to my appointment and could not care less that I had an injured kid (see above - I did call, hours ahead of time). Said she could dismiss the cancellation fee as a "courtesy" just this once and seemed upset I couldn't rebook because my blowout was for an event early the next morning. I understand having cancellation fees, and I know losing chair time sucks, but the way I was spoken to and dealt with when I had a legitimate emergency makes me never want to go back. read more

The manager is super rude. The stylist was great for the managers attitude. The place would not get a one. I hope she gets a better job. She's deserves a better manager what poor customer service. read more

First timer here! A lovely experience. Abby was great, very kind and wanted to make sure I was happy with the style. I think next time I'll add the scalp massage. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. The WORST customer service from the manager and owner. Double charged my cards for months and refused a full refund and told me it's not their problem, it's mine. And yes Ahnna we spoke numerous times in December and January about this and you did not want to deal with it because it started two months before you before you bought the business and carried on for months after. I have the charges still that prove you refused to reimburse them all. read more

I have been coming to Drybar in Idaho since it opened!!!! so great they are finally here, fantastic product, great stylists-highly recommend you make a visit!!!!! read more

This place has the worst customer service. We were stuck on eagle road and running 5-7 minutes late. So I called to let them know. (I am in the industry and so I always try to courtesy call) She immediately tells me "we can't take you" I've had these reservations for my mom And I for over a month.. then I get charged $50 dollars. They happen to be in a location where there's tons of traffic and we drove from kuna. Honestly ridiculous that you can't even be 5 late . Make sure to show up 30 minutes early. read more

The nicest people, beautiful setting and saved me from trying to blue out my own hair for a wedding I was attending. My mom and sis and I were in town visiting for a wedding so we called o. For blowouts first thing on a Saturday morning. The ladies who helped us were lovely, sweet and wonderful! All our hair was great and held up through the evening. Beautiful location, clean, and great backdrops of the beautiful trees outside. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming to us! read more

Deciding to get my hair done before an event I was hosting was such a relief! Elle was great and provided a great service. I'll be back!

If you have long hair you will be fine. Mine is short and cut for my curl or a blow out. Neither was done. In went home and used my own product for messy hair. The young women was clueless. Treated my blow out like it was long and wove it into itself. With 1" hair separations. read more
