Grace did an awesome job on my color and cut. I would highly recommend her. The salon is very nice and everyone was so friendly.

Jamie completely understands how to cut men's hair!! She listens and makes it happen.

From the moment I entered this beautiful salon I was warmly greeted and offered a bev. A very nice young lady named Sofia came out to take me back and do my hair. She is very talented and listened to what I was wanting and got it just right. Run, don't walk to this salon and ask for Sofia if you want a great experience! read more

Natalie is amazing! My hair grows like a weed, but I keep it lighter blonde than natural, and I'm terrible at maintenance....not a good combination. But Natalie highlighted it just perfectly so I can't tell where my regrowth is after MONTHS between appointments (usually it drives me crazy, but I'm too lazy to book an appointment). My cut and color are perfect, she's an absolute wizard. Plus she's pretty much the coolest human being I've ever met. Seriously. The salon is very nice and well-maintained. Front desk staff are always friendly! Love this place!!!! read more

Love this salon! My nephew went to Jamie and she fixed his hair from chopped to amazing! She was fun and really listened to what he was going for. He left feeling great! I highly recommend her for guy or girl cuts. I went to Shannon, she treated me with such genuine kindness and care. She gave me a beautiful haircut and blended my gray so softly and naturally that I left feeling refreshed and confident. It's rare to find someone who listens so well and truly understands what you're hoping for, but Shannon absolutely does. I'm so grateful for her talent and warm personality. I can't wait for my next visit and neither can my nephew! Thank you!!! read more

Love Shannon - have been going to her for years and never disappoints. And today I took my daughter in for her first "salon" haircut and Grace did amazing- couldn't totally go to her if Shannon is OT or booked out. It's light, good music and the vibe is super nice. read more

I went to see Lauren for some new hair extensions and full highlights. She was amazing!! So sweet and personable. She took her time and was meticulous with her placement of the extensions ( she spent all day with me) Color blend was seamless and beautiful. I couldn't be happier with my hair and new friend!! Such a great cut and gray blend from Flower! I greatly appreciated her skills, service, and the salon ambiance.

Brianne is my favorite. She is an excellent hair stylist and has a great personality too.

I've been coming to Brianne even since I came to Idaho and she has done a consistently amazing job with my hair. I have it colored trimmed and styled every time. I've had some very botched experiences before so I'm thankful for someone I can count on to do a great job every time I go. read more

This is a lovely salon. High end, if you wish. It's around the corner from my house, so what could be better? My stylist is Brianne. I just made a huge change of style. She listened, looked at a picture and it turned out pretty close. read more

My color is so beautiful! Kennedy Bagley did my hair! Absolutely love it!!! I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Flower at Echelon Salon! She started with a super relaxing wash (seriously, it felt like a mini spa moment), then gave me a fresh, clean cut that was exactly what I wanted. She really took the time to listen and made sure everything looked just right. The blowout at the end was perfect--smooth, bouncy, and made me feel so put together. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and honestly like a better version of myself. Flower is not only incredibly talented, but also warm, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. If you're looking for a stylist who will make you feel heard, pampered, and fabulous, I can't recommend her enough. read more

I had a wonderful consultation with Sarah today! She was so patient, really took the time to listen to both what I wanted and the concerns I had. I appreciated her honesty in setting realistic expectations for what we could achieve in the first session. I'm transitioning from red to a brown balayage on my thick, curly hair, and I already feel so confident after just the consultation! I've booked my appointment for next month and will definitely share before & after photos. The salon itself is gorgeous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was super friendly. I was seen quickly and felt comfortable the entire time read more

Flower is darling! She gives the best massage with the wash that I have ever enjoyed. Comfortable wash chair.

Love everything about Echelon! Gorgeous and clean place plus friendly staff. Jocelyn is amazing and takes great care of me and my hair.

The salon is beautiful - open and modern. Shannon, the owner, has been cutting/styling my hair and it's been wonderful! I wear my hair in a short edgy style which she has expertly cut. Everyone in the salon is friendly. Very nice vibe! read more

Listens to what I want while also giving good advice. Patient & kind.great quality. My hair looks fantastic!

Fantastic salon, Joselyn is amazing. Definitely recommend her services. Beautiful view while getting hair done.

Came in for a free blowout that the salon was advertising on instagram. Flower was my hairstylist and she was very sweet. The salon was very beautiful and clean. I like that they're doing something different to set themselves aside from other high-end salons. The aroma therapy massage was a nice touch too. Although Flower was very sweet and personable, I feel like she still needs training on how to preform a professional blowout. As someone who has curly hair and has had tens if not hundreds of blowout, my results were not what I would expect from a "high-end salon". My hair could have been dryer and definitely needed to be properly smoothed out with the round brush. My ends didn't lay as they should have, soft and curled, but instead they stuck out. My advice to Flower would to not be scared of getting clients hair hot. I didn't see steam once. I don't think my hair was fully dried. Steam is a sign water is being properly removed from hair. Also, really get up in there with the round brush. That's how all the volume and shape develop. Overall not the worst blowout I've ever had but pretty close to it. The service I received was free but if I was expected to pay for what I went home with that day, I would be pissed. Left a $20 tip because I understand she's young and still finding her ways but I would HIGHLY recommend more training and practicing. My hair isn't even that curly to the point where I'd need to be looking for a specialty salon so I'm a little apprehensive to recommend to anyone who has a slightly wavy to looser curls. Overall beautiful salon in a beautiful location. They sell a cute selection of clothes too. read more

Great location, easy parking, my stylist Sarah is incredibly talented - she achieved the exact color combination I wanted for Fall which kept the blond but added a bit of reddish to the base for depth. The salon atmosphere is professional, the aesthetic is muted elegance. read more

Shannon is amazing!!! She did exactly what i asked her to do. She put highlights in my hair and i love it!!!

I went in on their free blowout offer. I was excited to check out this new salon. I was quickly disappointed, when I realized that my stylist had very little experience. It showed first during the shampoo, where she barely touched my scalp, and barely used any conditioner. It was not relaxing at all, and I had to use the towel to help towel dry my hair, otherwise she would have started my blowout with dripping wet hair. It became quickly apparent that she also did not have any experience with a quality blowout. She struggled and I had to coach her throughout, including getting my hair actually dry. She did not know how to use a round brush, and It was painfully clear that she did not have any training whatsoever in a blowout. She was very friendly, and I tipped her well, as I actually felt bad for her. You are not doing yourselves any favors by promoting free blowouts with very inexperienced stylists. I highly recommend your train your staff on how to do a luxury, quality blowout. read more
