She has reasonable rates and for post menopausal clients you can come in for a touch up when it is needed. The process is pain free and there is no swelling or discomfort after the procedure. We discussed my issues and she was right on the mark on the time frame that would help me achieve my goal so she knows her business and how the hair growing process works. She is a great lady and also provides other services. Michelle is always on time and provides a lovely environment. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone that needs her services. Most people will wax, buy a 300.00 hair removal tool, spend thousands on laser hair removable treatments that only remove black or dark hair or plucking the unwanted hair which is the worst thing you can possibly do. Michelle can help you through emergency situations if you have a few stray hairs and have a big night out. No plucking because it damages the follicles. In the end it is actually cheaper to have the electrolysis done and is a permanent solution. So many people have unwanted hair and are scared or ashamed to get help but Michelle and her business Soft Touch can make a dramatic change for anyone man or women who would like to get rid of any unwanted hair on basically almost any part of your body! Give her a try you will be extremely happy with the results. Thanks Michelle for my beautiful skin. Michelle is now conveniently located in the Carol Professional Center on Stokesberry Place across from the Village on Eagle Rd. Thanks Michelle, Pam

I cannot tell you how long I have been wanting to go to this spa !! Months ago I saw the website…read moreand felt like it would be such a lovely place to go relax and thought perhaps me and my fiancé could get some quality time in as a couple and get the romance ambiance package and we almost did a few months back. I had paid for it over the phone a couple weeks in advance and made arrangements for us to come in but unfortunately that day they had to cancel our couples massage as a therapist called out but we absolutely understood. I myself do massage and working for a busy spa I know how sometimes appointments just need to get rescheduled due to employee emergencies and illnesses so it's a bit of a bummer but really no biggie. I have yet to actually be able to get us in for a massage together but I got to visit this spa for a wonderful pedicure today !! The lobby was gorgeous and they sell so many awesome skin care brands and fun items. I noticed a list of refreshments, both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, you can enjoy during your visit. Many of them are an additional charge but you can have water and orange juice complimentary or my personal favorite of the complimentary beverages which was a pleasant surprise was red wine !! They had a little self serve red wine bar was a few different bottles of red wines. I personally went with the Barefoot sweet red blend and it was delightful! I also had a few glasses of water and a glass of Prosecco at an additional charge. They also showed a few snacks you can add on for an additional charge which were very tempting.. I mean roasted pecans and caramels, berries or a charcuterie plate ?! YUM! I already had reservations with my fiancé for Brick 29 after my appointment though and I wanted to save my appetite for our meal. Perhaps next time I'll indulge a little more though ;) I booked the geranium cedarwood pedicure and it exceeded my expectations, was everything i imagined and more! It was a nice long pedicure with a nice vibrating chair that can recline, a luxurious warm neck wrap, relaxing music and nature sounds in a very comfy setting. Kaila did my pedicure and she did a beautiful job and she was very friendly throughout my experience! I LOVE the ambiance here and I most definitely will be back for a variety of spa treatments. I hope to get the membership eventually to return on a fairly regular basis and I certainly hope one day my fiancé and I can come in to relax together!!
