Taylor did my hair color & cut the first time I visited around 10/22. She did a great job! Even though she's a relatively new stylist, her work was better than more experienced stylist. I'd give her 5 stars. After that I saw Carrie and my color was inconsistent each time. Even after reminding her I had very gray resistant roots and can only use a neutral brown on the roots she added gold, saying it was to make my hair shinier. What it did is leave a gold band that didn't match my prior color. Most recently I wanted caramel highlights and got more of a gold. Her excuse was about the way my hair lifted, not that she selected the wrong color toner and/or didn't leave it on long enough. After she couldn't get me in to fix, I decided it was time to move on. I'd give her 2 stars. read more

I have the best Hair dresser she has been doing my hair for years so happy with her work that being said this is the 3rd time there has not been any hot water to wash my hair. my hairdresser felt awful but this was out of her hands. as the owner came running up and I told her there was no hot water I let her know the water was like ice. she said the water heater just can't keep up. I told her she needs a new hot water heater that this was the third time this has happened to me and as many months she's aware of the problem but refuses to fix it. read more

I go to Jessica Dreiling, she is really good with blond hair. My hair is never damaged after we lighten it. Jessica is so professional, and can do any hair type. Jessica also does my moms hair, she is a dark brunette, and whether my mom goes dark or light, it always looks really good. Jessica is also really good at cutting hair. I have Jessica trim my hair when it needs it, but because Im growing it out she just trims a little at a time, never too much. In the past she has thinned my hair, layered it, cut bangs. I don't like anyone else cut my hair, so I would recommend her if you are looking for a new stylist. :) read more

I love this salon - the atmosphere is comfortable, the waiting area has comfy chairs, and they don't mind if I bring my (almost always well-behaved) two-year old with me to my appointments! All of the gals are welcoming and friendly. They make sure you have water, tea, or coffee while waiting if you would like. And making an appointment is easy, whether you call the salon or your stylist directly, and they offer extended (past 5pm) hours on the weekdays, which is wonderful if you work weekdays. I have been going to Tami Eixenberger for years, and I definitely recommend her as she is great at giving me the cut I want, as well as making suggestions or going with my sometimes request, "whatever you think will look good." She even got me through growing out a super-short pixie (we are talking 2 inches or shorter) to shoulder-length hair, and was able to make the awkward stages look good! She even created a gorgeous updo for my wedding day, and she did that with limited hair (my hair wasn't even to chin length)! I also have had her color, highlight, and lowlight my hair at different times throughout the years, and Tami is amazing at recommending and mixing color that will complement your hair and skin tone. read more

Carrie butchered my hair!! It looks nothing like the picture I showed her. She gave me a heavy mullet and when I asked her to blend the severe line with the perimeter she spliced and razored my layers. Never texturize fine hair!! It's horrible, looks damaged, frizzy and split. I'm out $$ and several months to grow this mess out. NEVER RECOMMEND read more

Let's face it, trying to find a new hair salon is never fun....unless you have the good fortune to meet Ginger at Dye My Roots. I called recently with lots of questions and from the first moment I spoke with Ginger, I could tell that we were on the same page. She understood exactly what I wanted and even suggested a consultation which was helpful because I was making major changes to my hair. On the day of my appointment, Ginger spent a lot of time explaining her plan and offered great suggestions. I had complete highlights done and a new haircut; both turned out fantastic! Her scissor work is very professional and precise. She is super knowledgeable about hair products and gave me many tips about how to keep my new style looking fresh. The salon is very clean (important) and relaxing. I so appreciate Ginger's expertise and her willingness to listen and answer questions. And she's just a fun person to hang out with! Carrie Evans works wonders, a true master of her art! I Hadn't cut my hair in years, it was long, damaged, and lacked any kind of style. I contacted Carrie and told her I needed a change! I gave her a rough idea of what I was looking for and let her use her expertise for any final decisions. It was almost as though she knew me, and what look I needed!
