This location is going out of business, so it was a bit of an atypical experience. I was running…read moreerrands in the area and saw a gentleman standing on the road with an "up to 80% off" sign so I decided to stop in since I am in need of a laptop riser. After combing the store, I couldn't find any - hard to say if it was because they had sold out or just don't carry them in their usual stock. I checked out a couple of other items I could use like a bluetooth keyboard and HDMI cable, but those items have not yet hit mega-sale status. They're not bad buys (30% off if I remember correctly), but they still had many in stock so I'm willing to take a gamble on them coming down even farther in price. The downsides were that I wasn't able to find a single staff person to ask for help finding what I was looking for and that the registers were clogged up with people - there is no way to exit the store without walking through a register line, so I had to try to muscle my way through all the skeptical folks that seemed to think I was going to cut them in line despite not having anything in hand to purchase. Again, hard to say if this was just due to them cutting staff because the store is closing, or if it's just how things are run. I've popped into Office Max a few times over the years, and there was nothing memorable. The last time was a couple months ago when I needed a laptop case - I was able to find one that didn't seem to have a corresponding posted price tag and took it over to a register to get it scanned. No one had come by to help us, but it was also the very first shelf upon entering so we didn't really need a whole lot of assistance. *shrug* Worth stopping in if you are looking to score some deals on the cheap before they shut their doors.

I guess it's a lesson for me to be cautious about "old" reviews. I'd recommend this store and come back.

She told me to use the self served machine because she was busy. Sitting on a chair doing nothing. I continue to try and she still would not help me. After that I left and called the store manager. He said sorry and seemed careless as to what happen. Costumer services is important. If you don't like your job then don't work there. Now I am on my way to the west store because of lack of help.

Richard was amazing help. But this one girl with dark hair and piercings was so rude. We came in to…read morepick up an order and to return another. I started the return on Amazon (mind you I don't return things usually so this is a new experience) it was from a third party and no QR code was issued. So I had to pay for shipping but instead of telling me that the girl was almost talking down to me saying "this is all you have ? You need a QR code" I showed her that is all the return process printed out and then she rolls her eyes at me! She throws the paper and says she can't take those. (Fast forward I went to ups and they were able to help me ship it out and informed me about it saying it happens from 3rd party all the time) So then I was a bit frustrated but I kept my composure because God is watching. So I asked if we could pick up my couch and she needed an id which it was storming out and I forgot it and I had a picture of front and back and she rolls her eyes and says no I need it physical. Ok at this point why the heck are you in customer service if you're so rude. You can inform someone nicely not roll your eyes. It gets better. So the next day we go to pick up the couch and I have my id and Richard helped us out and the girl was back there. Richard was very kind and welcoming 10/10 with him. When he was grabbing our boxes that girl wrote a note on it saying "ask for her license the customer was very rude" And I saw it on the couch. Are you kidding me ?! I was rude when you roll your eyes at a customer. Again. I could've been a bitch but GOD IS WATCHING. Rude people should NEVER work in customer service. I saw her in the back and told her "I was rude ? You rolled your eyes at me and yes I was frustrated but I didn't take it out on you because it wasn't on you. But when I turn my back and my boyfriend sees you rolling your eyes at me then who is in the wrong" I hope that girl gets written up or finds a job better suited for her because the fact she wrote a note the customer saw was so unprofessional and her attitude just sucked. I had a couple things printed at this Fedex location and it was a great experience. A few table top…read moreposters with lots of color and some postcards. Super easy to place the order online and pay ahead of time so pick up was fast. A good sized parking lot with designated Fedex parking spots. The space is clean, organized, and spread out. I went straight to the print counter and was helped right away. The staff was friendly and made sure all of the prints looked correct before I left. The prints were high quality. Thick paper, excellent color, and overall great quality. Very happy with the experience and products. This will continue to be a go-to print location for me.
