Called again 2 days later and they *finally* got to it later that day. Upon pickup, the award was made on completely different and more expensive material than we had ordered in the past. Seemed like they scrambled to get this together. Going elsewhere for future purchases.

This store is aimed at the competitive swimmer but they have a wide range of attractive, comfortable suits for all ages. I was the only customer in the store. I had amazing service from the woman that assisted me. She pushed nothing but gently made suggestions. About 20 suits later I found the perfect suit for me. The owner was able to find me a refrigerator in stock that was in my price range. His son was able to schedule delivery with removal of the old one on Monday. I never would have gotten one that fast from anyone else! The delivery arrived right on time, and they were able to get a big, bulky unit out of a small space in a kind and friendly manner. I never felt like it was an imposition. Wonderful service and I look forward to purchasing from Quam's Appliance in the future!

Everyone knows that these embroideries take time, so its expected to forget that you placed an order, especially with no email or anything informing you that your order is ready. My issue is that when you place an order and it's literally sitting there for MONTHS, yes MONTHS(almost a year come July), I just cannot grasp the mentality of staff not having the common sense to reach out to the customer informing them their stuff is ready. Just shows there is no structure with this company. This has been my experience, TWICE. Yes I know its my order and I should be on top of it, but again..... No email confirmation, everyone provides this confirmation and in today's busy world in healthcare, one cannot be on top of patients and things like this, on the other hand for the company, this is YOUR job.
