I got the eyeliner for both upper and lower lids, and the upper lid fills back at the beginning of April 2021. I wanted to wait so I could provide a complete review. I am 100% satisfied. Moon was kind in regards to my anxiety against needles, he numbed my eyelids, and he tried to distract me with conversation. He was patient, and in the end, he was able to provide me with what I was looking for in my eyes. Moon gave me instructions of care and provided me with what I needed to care for my eyes. After a few days, my eyes began a healing period, and Moon warned me not to scratch and allow the healing process to play out. I followed his instructions, and I had no problems. The procedure itself was virtually painless - the numbing cream was very effective. Don is a bit of a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when you're making a decision on permanent make-up. Not rushed at all - Don took his time to do a great job. My brows were done in 2 sessions about 7 weeks apart (he prefers closer to a month for the follow-up appointment but was flexible on the timing when I was out of town). I healed up very well as I followed Don's post-procedure protocols (provided in writing and topical cream & applicators were provided). My friends have all been impressed with the natural look of my brows and I am very pleased to have this permanent solution to my fading brows.
