I completely understood and waited patiently. However, instead of preparing my online order, I watched the employees make around ten other sandwiches before they even started on my order, which was only two sandwiches. I asked if there was any way I could receive a discount due to the wait and inconvenience. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, one employee repeatedly suggested that I simply cancel my order. Eventually, they offered me a $0.75 discount because they were out of avocado, not because of the excessive wait or poor service. One employee mentioned they were a new hire, which I understand, but it seemed like both employees were disorganized and unsure of how to handle online orders or customer concerns. Although they eventually gave me a discount after I spoke with them, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly handled. An order should not be marked as ready if it hasn't even been started.
