He flat out told us he didn't have time to look at any prices bc he was too busy. I told him I had a check to give him if we could get a price bc we had a price from the boat show. He told us he was too busy to get us a price. The general manager came on the phone and said he just couldn't believe his sales manager would tell us that. Accused us of lying about the conversation we had literally just had with Justin, the SALES MANAGER. I asked the general manager if this was how we would be treated if we bought something from him and needed service. He literally said yes. Then he back peddled. Did I lose my temper by the end of the conversation? Yes. Did they deserve it? Yes. They had an opportunity to make a 22000 sale. He said he had already sold ten units today. Our reply: "you could have sold 11." We got a quote from a Yamaha dealer at the boat show in literally five minutes. We also got a quote from a sea doo from a dealer at the boat show in 5 minutes. We had emailed Justin initially two days prior. We picked out what we wanted but ya know, he's busy. Never ever would I deal with these people. No wonder why they only have 2024s and a few 23s... can't get rid of them bc of terrible salesmanship.

I knew (but they didn't know I knew) what invoice for the car would be and wanted to see if they would deal fairly. I was working with Ethan as the salesperson and Ricky as the sales manager. Almost immediately, I was offered the vehicle for the invoice price with no muss, no fuss. I knew then I was dealing with a fair dealership. Ethan sent me pics of himself in front of the vehicle to prove it was there so I would know I wasn't being tricked and sent me a purchase order with the actual price we agreed on and no extras slid in. I made the drive, got my car, and the deal was exactly what it was supposed to be; no switcheroos after I made the drive. I even purchased a tire and wheel warranty plan from them because I wanted to do something a little extra that they would make money on to thank them for being so honest and easy to deal with. And the tire and wheel plan was a good deal for me too since my Corvette has pretty expensive tires and wheels! The only thing I would have changed is that my car wasn't detailed and shiny clean when I picked it up. I was willing to overlook that small inconvenience because I arrived on a Saturday after hours and they hung around and Ethan came up on his day off to help me with my purchase. Ethan also went to the car with a cleaning cloth and cleaner and was removing smudges and dirt after I mentioned the car wasn't cleaned. Then both he and Ricky gave me a Corvette tutorial and lots of helpful tips about the vehicle I didn't previously know. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've had and I'd drive 8 hours round trip to buy from them again and again!

No power to the controls or motor. 12 volt power to the accessories and trim tabs. My biggest problem was the motor was down and the trim/tilt wasn't working. We were headed home the next day so I was in a bind. I got to their store around noon and told them my predicament. They started working on the boat immediately. After 2 hours of trying to diagnose an intermittent electrical problem, it turned out the Perko switch was bad internally. New switch and everything worked. And the charge was more than reasonable. Anywhere else it would have been 3 weeks and at least 3 times the cost.
