I also spoke with another Manager Alex and he said that their video shows it in tact when I left . But it was knocked loose by their equipment and came off less than 100 yards from there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! PRETTY MUCH SAYING THAT I'M A LIAR AND IT DIDN'T HAPPEN THERE WHEN I RETURNED THERE LESS THAN 20 MINUTES LATER TO REPORT IT !!!!!

Y'all! We have some awesome businesses in Fuquay. I just wanted to give these guys a shout out…read more I've been getting my car washed for about 6 months at this location and I've never been disappointed. I always get the $5 exterior wash and I'll tell you, my car is pre washed to the point of being clean. Going through the wash is just a formality. They do a great job! There may have been some issues in the past with their service but give them a chance to earn your business. They do a better job than Auto Bell in my opinion but that's been my experience. Erica C.

Absolutely incredible service at Grease Monkey on Frank Street in Lufkin! They are always quick,…read morefriendly, and professional, but what really impressed me was their honesty. I went in yesterday thinking I was due for another oil change. Instead of just taking my money and doing it, they checked and told me I still had about another 1,000 miles to go and to save my $100 for now! How refreshing is that?! It would have been so easy to just do the oil change and take the money, but they chose to take care of the customer instead. That kind of honesty and integrity is exactly what earns repeat business. Fast service, great people, and a business you can TRUST. I will absolutely continue bringing my Jeep here. Highly recommend!

I understand that it's not going to be perfect but decent is expected. The workers two years ago seemed to care about cleaning the vehicles and trying to get as much bugs off as possible. Tunnel review: the tunnel use to be great (maybe 5 years ago) but the owner cleaner has let it age…read morewithout maintenance. Half the sprayers don't fully spray the car and you have no idea which wash you're actually getting since nothing lights up in the tunnel to indicate what is being applied. I doubt the brushes have been cleaned or replaced. MUCH better tunnel washes out there for the money that also do a better job of drying. Detailing service: this is where the value of this place is. They do a good job for the money of detailing interior wise but ARE NOT pros. Don't expect high levels of detail here, they seem to use the same product on everything from dash to seat. There not rotating a leather cleaner to dash cleaner so everything ends up clean but not necessarily correct. For the money they ask you can't argue with the service, you'll need to point out specific things you want attention to. DIY Bays: the DIY bays are great and have never eaten my cash and again for the value offer a great selection of products. Overall this is a 3/5 star place. I can't imagine bringing a high end luxury car here. But for your daily driver it should do the trick.
