Y'all! We have some awesome businesses in Fuquay. I just wanted to give these guys a shout out. I've been getting my car washed for about 6 months at this location and I've never been disappointed. I always get the $5 exterior wash and I'll tell you, my car is pre washed to the point of being clean. Going through the wash is just a formality. They do a great job! There may have been some issues in the past with their service but give them a chance to earn your business. They do a better job than Auto Bell in my opinion but that's been my experience. My front right fender trim was ripped off and they refuse to do anything about it. I spoke with the Manager Arely Hernandez and she was very rude and tried to talk over me when I tried to talk to her. I also spoke with another Manager Alex and he said that their video shows it in tact when I left . But it was knocked loose by their equipment and came off less than 100 yards from there. Going through this carwash caused damage to my vehicle -- pulling a taillight fully off with all screws and anchor points still intact and shattering the light into several pieces. The cost to replace the light will be upwards of $400. Of course management is not wanting to take responsibility for the damage (and I'm now discovering this scenario is a common complaint against their business). They called to insist my taillight was already loose, yet contradicted themselves in several instances during this conversation regarding the video cameras. I am adding this negative review since responsibility is being evaded (yet it seems like negative reviews aren't really a motivating factor, considering this company already has 1.5 stars out of 5). I will remove this review when they do what is right. Otherwise, I will be filing a claim with my insurance and make it my mission to disparage this company and the behavior of their bulldog employees who attempt to gaslight me. read more

We are here today getting a car wash after having our oil changed. I was planning to have both the seats and the carpets shampooed. The charge was 23.95 for each service, naturally I asked if there was a way both services could be combined and My husband and I were quoted $34.00. We went to pay and were charged $23.95 each, we questipn this and the cashier assured us that everything was okaynand the price we initially were quoted would be honored, she then stated that she would have to get the manager Jasmine to "fix" it. Jasmine said she would not honor anything, that her employees were mistaken and had no training, she had failed then in this. Jasmine needs a new job, she also need change in her till because she could only refund me quarters. read more

Literally the worst car wash you could go to! Things have been stolen out of a couple of the vehicles that I have taken to them in the past. Not to mention I have to return or make sure my vehicles are actually cleaned properly. Just waited in lane 1 with one vehicle ahead of me, after about 20 minutes of being the only lane not moving I finally left. Will never do business with this place again, I have given them multiple chances but every time I leave enraged at the lack of quality they put into cleaning their vehicles. I would rather lick my car clean than take it back to this dump! read more

Pitiful service. Their new $2 "bug removal" service did not remove the bugs from my car. I called them back and the manager I spoke with stated that the $2 service would not remove the love bugs. I told him they are misrepresenting their "bug removal" service if the extra charge wouldn't remove the bugs. read more

The employees are very respectful but the car wash itself is run in an extremely inefficient manner. They turned off the car wash to power wash the mud off of a truck today (the Saturday before Memorial Day). The car wash was literally off for over twenty minutes for "one" truck. I'm not sure if the owner of the car wash has ever done a cost/benefit analysis of shutting down his car wash for a $40 wash (of one truck) while possibly turning away 10-20 cars at $20-$40. Simple math would tell him to add an extra power wash instead of shutting down the car wash. JMI read more

Excel never fails to come short at doing a crap job every time I take my car to get washed. First lets begin on the oil change, the guys do a good job and becuase they do such a good job. I get my oil changed there and as a perk they give a free wash or simply they just charge you for the wash in the price included in the oil change. A simple at home oil change cost on average $30-$35. Most places in fact will do it for that price if you just look around. Over priced oil change if you ask me. Second the car wash. I understand for you guys to make money you must up charge or sell a upgrade. I get that but it's very misleading. I unsually get the delux why because it gets all of the cool perks I want without losing arm in the process. The car never looks spotless and I always have to ask the guys to clean certain parts of the car. Today 7/29/17 I said let me see if the works is a better package. It cost a little more and came with hot wax. Look this is the misleading part I was getting at. The girl that took my ticket said it included the armor all and wheel wax. So as my car was flagged i approached it assuming it would be tire waxed and the interior would be cleaned with armor all. False in fact I even asked the guy to clean off my rear view mirror since it wasn't touched and asked if the car was supposed to be armor alled and wheel shined. He said no that was extra. Now I didn't have time to sit and wait to see if they could fix my problem. I was cleaning the car since I was heading out of town today. But I will not get my oil changed or car washed at the lufkin nor nacogdoches location anymore. Since this has happened at both locations. read more

So I got the "base" wash which apparently means your paying for nothing bc they don't mess with the tires at all. Or the doors they left goo on my hood and windshield bc they said it cost extra. Not to mention the scratched the whole right finder of my truck and said it was there when I know it was not. Didn't even bother with the inside other than spraying windex on there. Didn't clean the cup holders and half vacuumed the inside which I did before hand and still didn't get everything. No dashboard or stereo cleaning and the doors up and down still have dirt all over them because everything cost extra on top of a 25 dollar wash. When you can go down the road and get a 3-10 dollar one that is so much better. I will never go there again read more
