Their rates have varied over the years since I have moved to bigger/smaller places etc but their quality has never let me down. My fiancé has a cleaning lady that I just can't stand because she leaves so many things not clean. So I finally convinced him to let me use Sergio here. He walked out our master & there was Sergio standing on chairs cleaning the light fixture in our foyer (something the old chick has never done). Let's just say he is now a Sergio believer :) they fold clothes, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean bathroom, and even organize. They have always gotten 5 stars from me.

Her and husband Manuel came out and we immediately felt the dedication and confidence they had in their business. Mariana is very up front about what to expect from her services and listens and respects your concerns and input. My focus was the kitchen and we ended up going with an entire deep clean of the condo! The team, Mariana, Manuel and Maira worked tirelessly all day! We're still amazed at their thoroughness and attention to detail. The deep clean included top to bottom cleaning, dusting, washing floors, fridge, blinds, appliances, and much more. It hasn't been this clean in ages!!! We decided to go with her routine cleaning services once a month to keep it that way. The team exhibited strong work ethic and the price was reasonable! I would highly recommend them!

I moved into a house that had been unoccupied for months and was as moldy and dusty as you could get. These guys came in and made it look as good as new, I couldn't believe it! I was so dejected at the state of the place I thought I was going to have to remodel my kitchen and bathroom but they left it sparkling. I recently hired them again to do a follow up clean and my house has never looked better! They not only tidied it but cleaned every nook and cranny and surface. I almost want to cry I'm so happy, thanks to them my new house finally feels like a home. I've had professional cleaners a few times in my life and never have I had any as thorough and professional as Luis and his mom. They are literally the best. Well 12:50 comes and I text to remind them to let me know when they are 20 minutes away. No text back. I then proceed to call at 1:20 and ask if they are still coming and was told yes the movers are now 20 minutes away. I head over to my storage unit and waited until 1:50 in the sweltering Atlanta sun. No call no movers no nothing. I call but no one answers! So I finally decided to leave around 1:55 and text to let them know if the movers are "truly" on the way to tell them to turn around because I am leaving. The lady finally calls me around 2:00 and acts surprised and asks if they ever showed up. I let her know at this point they are an hour late and I was never contacted by any "movers" if they even existed. I wasted my entire lunch break from work waiting for no one to even show up. Maybe they just need to stick to cleaning because moving isn't their priority. They waste peoples times and think people have time to wait around. Very unprofessional and distasteful. Book at your own discretion you've been warned

Great cleaning service! Punctual, professional, and polite…read more I sought out a cleaning service for a same day job on Yelp. Shon's service responded quickly and with a fair price for what I needed done. I was shocked and relieved that she was available the same day I needed her. We arranged a time and she arrived at my house right on time. Shon was so professional she showed up in a uniform. She was very pleasant. We did a quick run through of what I needed done. She was kind enough to ask if she could use her own product or if I had some of my own to clean the floors (which were just re-done). She had all of her supplies and got to work. She was extremely thorough and tackled each room top to bottom. When she wrapped up she printed out a receipt for me which was extremely professional. She's on her game! My house smelled and looked so clean when she left that I didn't want to mess it up. Although I only needed a one-time job I think she will be our new cleaning service when we do our quarterly deep cleaning. Before she left I'd already referred her to two other people. She has a long background in the cleaning services field. Look no further for a dependable, trustworthy cleaning service.

This occurred at a time when my home and family were already in a vulnerable position due to the damage and ongoing repairs. What made the situation even worse was Servpro's complete lack of accountability. When I reported the theft, there was no meaningful effort to investigate, address the issue, or provide any form of resolution. Allowing an employee to steal from a customer's home is unacceptable, but refusing to take responsibility or even attempt to correct the situation is deeply unprofessional. I trusted Servpro to provide a service during a stressful time, and instead I was left with additional loss, frustration, and no support from the company. I would not recommend Servpro to anyone seeking reliable, ethical, or trustworthy service.
