Prices for parts are what is to be expected for an LBS in light of online retailers edging out bike shops. When talking to service representative about a frame on the wall, I found some communications inconsistent with pricing realities, such as like talking about how much the paint job cost and throwing out rather high numbers. Not too big a worry though, as the frame was itself more or less correctly priced. Fair quality work is done here.

Now every arrow has the inserts coming off due to improper prep. My buddy just bought arrows last Friday from them from Victory and the arrow exploded first go.
