Just to confirm, I asked the person on the phone "You want me to pay a hundred and twenty-five dollars for a quote?" and was told that amount wasn't for the quote, it would be for sending someone out and repeated that they don't give prices over the phone. I'm sorry, but to me that's the same thing. For $125, they'll send someone out to look at my outlet and appliance, estimate what amount of time it'd take to do the work, what materials are needed, and once labor is added in what that'd cost me. How is that not charging me for a quote? Mind you, while I'm being vague about my needs here on yelp, on the phone I most certainly explained what the issue was and what I thought I would need. I side-eye any business that can't take some straight-forward information like that and at least give an estimate based on having handled similar issues before. So, while I can't leave a review based on their work, I can still leave one that hopefully spares some people a wasted phone call.

I called a few different companies, and these guys were the only ones who answered. The receptionist was really understanding and accommodating. Her name was Rachel, and she helped send out an electrician as soon as possible. I was really surprised when the owner, Marvin himself, showed up. Apparently, Rachel told him that I had 3 little kids and no heat, and he came right over. He figured out it was an issue with Con-Edison and checked all the wires, and everything and got everything fixed as soon as possible. He was really nice, and respectful. Also, it was great because apparently Electricians cant fix things with Con-Ed if theyre not licensed, so I was smart to only accept licensed guys. Will definitely use them again if I have any more issues.

I called to ask about getting the debris removed, and Frank said that they do not remove debris! What contractor leaves all of their debris on the job-site? Extremely unprofessional. He did not even offer to remove the debris for an extra charge, he just said that they do not take away their garbage. I have hired many contractors and been hired as a contractor, and I can tell you that this is unheard of. Even the super could not believe that they refused to remove their debris. Maybe they would be OK for a small job, but I would never recommend them for any type of larger job.

I own a multifamily property in BK but no longer live in the state. This company took advantage of this and performed work I never asked them to do then OVERCHARGED me for all of it. They also take it upon themselves to "fix" other issues they notice all in an effort to charge more. They assume most consumers are ignorant as to how much parts and labor actually costs. Tried to charge me $718 to REPLACE A FAUCET (NOT THE ENTIRE SINK) a faucet that I ALREADY PURCHASED. Stated they encountered "serious additional issues" while replacing it. If they found "additional issues" why not call me to let me know at that moment? Stated they took pictures then would send it to me. That made no sense like why take pictures? But okay waited for the pictures. Weeks later after I called back they said the "other" plumber who did the work deleted them!!!" MY husband reminded me he asked this plumber for an itemized bill because "hardware" and "parts" is hogwash! My tenants told me what they told them they did and it does not reflect whats on the invoice. 2nd why tell the tenants if I am paying you? Why not take MY call that day then tell me? Why send a bill 2 months after you left the property? Lastly, I had to pay other plumbers to come after them and fix the work they didnt! Received FOUR different total charges...intially $1800, then $1500, then told dont pay anything via phone, then after I asked him to confirm that via text he texted $1100, then sent another bill for $1500.
