Jacks is probably one of my favorite family owned restaurants in South Bay. I've been going for years and I always order either their turkey sandwich or a slice of pizza. Service is always great and food is consistently yummy.

It's been almost 15 years since I had a good slice of an Italian Pie! This place rocks!!! Marine Veteran, Stationed in Italy and know quality and authenticity, Jack's pizza equals the Italian flair/flavor and does it betta!!!

This past Saturday me and my client that I care for stopped by to have some pizza at Jack's as soon as we walked in we were greeted the staff was very nice. I had looked at the menu online and the Jack special definitely stood out so we ordered that. We sat and dined in the place is very clean and very roomy. The pizza didn't take long we got our pizza and let me tell you u can taste the freshness in the toppings and the sauce. The crust was really good too it was like an airy dough which is perfect so we will definitely come back and recommend this place. 10/10

First of all Jack's Pizza is the best. Been going here since high school (class of '95). We love their pepperoni pizza, meatballs, and basically any sandwich. You really can't go wrong. Today we got a medium pepperoni pizza.

    garlic bread

The garlic bread was a little underwhelming but still tasted delicious but their pizza is where they shine. The cheese and sauce tasted fresh and organic but the crust was the best by far. It was the perfect mix of crispy and soft with a great taste. Overall i would come here again if i didn't live so far but it is great for the price and has a very homey environment.

The best "local" pizza on the planet. Don't even try to change my mind. Pizzas are amazing. Like mine well done. Subs 10/10. Meatball or submarine Garlic bread is also fire!

My salami sandwich was good. The pizza is really good. Solid choice for lunch. The specials make it really reasonable too. Will go back.

UPDATE! We came…read moreback about a month later to celebrate Hubbers' birthday, but the experience wasn't the same. I'm guessing since they're coming to a permanent closure, it only makes sense that the quality of the experience (food and service) had began to going down. We were seated immediately, so we were off to a good start. It took a bit of time for Daniel (yep! We got the same server from the last time) to come around and get our orders. It wasn't too bad since the wait gave us the opp to decide on apps and mains, so we got to put all our orders in at once. CALAMARI: Battered thin and crispy. Dash of lemon juice made it better. Quality? Yes. Quantity? Not so much. I thought it was pricey for the amount we got. PEPPERCORN POLPETTINE: Meatballs in cream sauce. Even with the whole peppercorns, the sauce was good. The meatballs, however, didn't taste or look homemade at all. (I recently made frozen meatball soup at home and the meatball's flavor was pretty much similar.) So.. meh... BRUSCHETTA ALLA CHECCA: This was the best app out of the three. Crostini was perfect and the toppings were all perfectly balanced. SPAGHETTI AI NERO DI SEPPIA: Looked great, but lacked flavor. Asked for fresh grated cheese and added black pepper which helped a little, but still missing something... Hubbers got the linguine pesca mare which he loved (he emptied his plate!) So I guess that says a lot. And I'm really glad he liked it, being his birthday and all. He also chose crème brûlée to finish off his birthday treat. (No, they didn't comp it - which is fine, and I don't expect them - or any business - to, even more since they are shutting down. I understand they need all the profit they can get.) Overall a little less stellar than the first visit. I'll admit I was a teenee bit disappointed since we had an amazing experience the first time. All the same, I'm still glad of the experience and wish them well on their future endeavors!

Very very good establishment! Good service, good food. I'd recommend a lot of things there, but…read moretheir mushroom fusilli is fantastic!! So, I have a new rating system......I will write what I feel honestly about an establishment. The only ratings I will give are 5 stars, which is enjoyable, or 3 stars which is "needs work."

Honestly everyone giving this place a 5 star review - I TRUSTED YOU, HOW DARE YOU!!!…read more I knew pulling up to this place it would be a miss. Florescent lights, shabby wood tables and chairs, plastic menus. This could either be really good or really bad. The bread feels stale and was hard. The butter is individually wrapped. Smashed dirty straws were served with drinks. Huge portions of decent food. The more you eat the more you realize it's not great. Definitely needs salt and pepper but the pepper shakers barely let anything out. I asked for parm (they do not offer!) and they gave it in plastic individual containers which was honestly offensive. Dessert was a huge miss, the creme brûlée was super eggy???? The tiramisu had like a sour milk after taste. My stomach immediately hurt before even leaving the restaurant. The vibes are overall not great and neither is the food. $160 for 3 people to eat. 2 stars are for the server who made a huge effort to accommodate us.
