There food is always so good. I normally get a burger with well done fries. The customer service is also always exceptional.

They close earlier than what they supposed to I go to the place no one answers the drive though is irritating.

Service was good. For the $15 for the plate. Good amount and taste really good. Would recommend. read more

Jack's Junior - Chicken, steak, and shrimp teriyaki served with vegetables - Burgers Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Customer service: excellent 10/10 (very friendly) Ambiance: good 8/10 (outdated but very clean) Wait time: 7/10 (even though the food is great, when there's a line in the drive thru, I rather not wait. The wait time is very long. However, it may also be because the food is very fresh and therefore it takes longer to make) Food: 10/10 (the food is very good and fresh! The burger special is delicious and so are the crispy fries. The zucchinis are also very crispy and very tasty) Price: 10/10 This is really a go-to spot whenever you want delicious and fresh food!! read more

This place has the best breakfast burritos in the world!!!! I've been coming here for 20+ years now and they've tasted the same, every single time. The portions are exactly the same size. The only thing is, when we place the order, it take about 15-20 min to get our food. I guess that's the price you pay for great food! read more

Food was awful ! Service was kinda ride I guess. Ambiance ? I used the drive thru but it didn't seem appealing to eat inside. I was hoping the food quality would make up for everything else. I ate half my burrito and I have a disgusting taste in my mouth . Wtf ! this place is absolutely disgusting ! And the hot sauce or salsa came in a packet form like Taco Bell. Omg will never come here again read more

have been searching around for a good burger place that is good in price and tasty. This burger joint hits both marks! everything is getting pricey however the combos prices are reasonable compared to fast food joints being more expensive like wendy's or mcdonald's. the food is fresh to order so it does take a while but definitely worth the wait! please be patient cuz the lady who served us and helped us was soo sweet! definitely became my new favorite burger place!! read more

The food is absolutely delicious! The owner is so sweet and the customer service is good! We stop by after church and the restaurant never disappoints. read more

I made a special detour back home to stop by this restaurant. I grew up around the area and had many fond memories eating at this burger joint over 30 years ago. A lot about the restaurant has changed, including an expanded menu. They now also serve Mexican Food. The waitress was friendly and polite. The food came out quick and was steamy hot. My friends and I use to order the Big Boy Special, but I wouldn't be able to finish that anymore. Instead, I opted for the Triple Decker; three beef patties, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles on a toasted bun with special sauce. The combo came with french fries and a drink. For only $12, it was a total bargain. The place has always been a bit on the smaller side in terms of seating and parking, but the restaurant does have a drive thru, and it was definitely busy the entire time that I was there. The restroom and furniture could use some upgrading. However, overall I thought my dining experience went well. So, if you're looking for some good food, check this place out. read more

I've been coming to this place for a couple years now and it's really good the burgers and pastrami chili cheese fries are my go to for a good filling meal at a reasonable price. Jack's junior has my business read more

Only had their bacon breakfast burrito and didn't like it. It has a very thin layer of egg wrapping the hash brown, which is completely bland. Also since the egg is so thin, it's super dry. Not what I expected from a breakfast burrito. Wouldn't go back for that. read more

Beyond GREAT expectations. BEST BURGER JOINT in MOVAL. Pastrami Burger, Fries & Ranch were traditional American style. Will go back!

First time trying this place. It was highly recommended. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The girl at the window was very nice. Our issue was the burgers. Patties were burnt and cold cheese was not melted. With so many burger places in the area I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Excellent breakfast burritos! Excellent service! If you are in Moreno Valley--- come to Jack's Jr. !!! read more

I had a double pastrami burger, it was fire! Better than steves i think. No pic cuz i couldnt wait, sorry. Lol...

Don't even live in Moreno Valley but was out here after a doctors appt and yelp searched breakfast burrito. Led me to Jack Jr... where I must say they have the best breakfast burrito Ive ever had (and I'm a pretty harsh critic of breakfast burritos). The lady that runs the window/drive thru is so sweet. Burritos are gigantic. This burrito was so good that I sometimes want to drive back here just for the breakfast burrito despite the drive being over an hour! read more

There was a very nice woman at the drive-thru window. The food was horrible. I ordered the basic cheeseburger meal. The patty tasted like a frozen patty with seasoned salt. The fries had very little salt on them. They did come with a small packet of salt, though. The Coke was pretty damn good though. Average priced. I'm not sure how they currently have 4 stars. read more

Randomly went to this place one day and I'm glad I did! The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is really good. I also like that it's a family business and it's nice that they bring your food out to you. I usually get the teriyaki chicken for $5.50, it comes with rice and a little veggies but it's not a combo. They also have a big burrito combo for $8.50 and you can get fries, zucchini or onion rings for your side. I normally don't like fried zucchini but this one is really good and buttery. I tried the cheeseburger combo this time as well as my usual teriyaki chicken (I just couldn't decide and wanted to try something new). It was pretty good, and I really liked the fries. Oh and they have horchata! So good! read more

Great service and amazing food can't go wrong with this place mazing prices as well!!!!

This place is bomb! Everything myself or my family has ordered has been delicious. My favorite is their Bacon Cheese Burger. Fries are unsalted, (wish they were salted) and I love getting their strawberry soda. Looks like there's only 1 cook and 1 person at the window so it takes awhile. But food is made fresh and the window ladies are always very sweet. read more

I usually don't visit places without checking reviews on yelp first because I'm very picky and do not enjoy being disappointed, this place was convenient the reviews were good and I was craving a breakfast burrito while not a huge fan of too much pork at once, I only ordered bacon vs all 3 meats "sausage, bacon, AND ham". I must say I was not disappointed very flavorful through and through! And Im stuffed! I must share me and my 1 year old shared we are both stuffed! Very fulfilling and delish :) read more

Jack's Junior - First time here ! I must say the bacon breakfast burrito is pretty damn good ! - Burgers Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

First time here. Drive-thru was super slow even though I was just the second car. Ordered burger, fries and Coke and literally took forever! The burger was very bland. The sandwich itself was kind of dry. The fries were good. I was looking for something different and I found it! Unfortunately not so much to my liking. But it has 4 stars so maybe I missed something! read more

Hubby was in the mood for a juicy burger so I went to yelp and found this had 4 stars . So we went to this joint to have dinner and it did not disappoint. Place was empty but the drive thru was busy the whole time we sat to eat . Food came out fast and everything we had was great . Little hole in the walls are usually the best . Check this place out read more

I'm sorry, but this place getting a 1 star. It's the lack of customer service at the drive thru. I waited in the drive through line for 25mins. For first 15mins i was waiting by the "order here sign" and Not once did i hear, "we will be right with you or how may i help you." After repeatedly saying "hello" and not getting any response, i figured no one was going to help me. At this point i didn't even want anything from here, I end up moving my car forward and waited the rest of the time just to get out of the drive thru. It's was upsetting that one was able to help me. I've heard good things about the food here, which is why i came. I just wish someone would've gotten a response. I'm still willing to give this place a second chance and actually try their food, but for now it's a 1star based off their drive thru service. read more

Waited at the drive thru for about 5 minutes so started off bad. Then waited another 8 minutes for my order and they charge an extra 0.45 for any card transaction. The food wasn't that great! The chili cheese fries were gross they didn't even taste like chili!! The burgers weren't good either they were just blah. The chicken teriyaki was ok that's the only reason for the extra star. read more

This was another pit stop along memory lane for Jon. All the cool kids in high school hung out here after school to grab a bite, I think. Unfortunately, I found it to be a seedy greasy spoon that didn't deliver. Good thing I wasn't one of the cool kids lest I be dragged here to indulge in bland bovine blunder. Apparently the burgers back in the day used to be bigger, tastier, and not made by Koreans. Not that the Koreans had anything to do with their downfall, of course. If anything, they probably cleaned up the place by installing squash-scented air fresheners in the bathroom and suggesting that bubble tea be added to the menu. You're better off at Jack IN THE BOX next door. read more

Hopefully this burrito makes up for the fact they shorted me a dollar in change. Doesn't the cash register tell you the correct change? Well, at least it looks like they got my order correct this time. Edit: and my order was accurate but the food wasn't acceptable. My bacon breakfast burrito had hardly any bacon but MORE THAN ENOUGH TORTILLA. This is probably the 4th time I've tried Jack Jr and this is without a doubt the very last time. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Ever. read more

Hidden gem of Moteno Valley. Best flame broiled burgers in town! It's a hole-in-the-wall joint but it's the best burgers in town!

Decided to come try this place out after seeing it so popular while passing by. They have an extensive menu with breakfast foods, Mexican, burgers, etc. We ordered a double cheese burger, teriyaki beef and chicken, and a small chili cheese fries. The double cheese burger was very worth the price. I'd much rather pay $6 this enormous burger than get in n out. The teriyaki dish was a bit bland. We needed to add soy sauce and siracha to enhance the flavor. Chili cheese fries were good, but needs more chili. It's like 90% cheese and 10% chili. Overall, pretty satisfied. Would come back to try other items on their menu. read more

Decided to give this independent local place a try; well worth the trip. Super friendly (nothing like the know not, care not employees at many other local places). Steak sandwich for me, bacon cheese burger for my son. The lettuce in my steak sandwich was lush, green and fresh unlike the pale scraps you'd get elsewhere. Went through the drive through and my order was taken accurately and there was no back and forth dialog to get my order correct. It's tremendously annoying when you're at a drive through and the employee cuts you off and either repeats an item you didn't even order or asks you if there's anything else while your mid-syllable placing your order. Not here! Everything was hot and fresh and above all, great tasting; the experience was as if they knew it was my first time there. Consider me a new loyal customer! Definitely going to go back, hard to find a good steak sandwich! read more

Stopped at the drive through had to repeat myself 5 times. This was my second time here the first time I got a burger nothing special but not bad. This time I got the fish sandwich I can't even believe they looked at how burnt it was and still served it. The sandwich had potential it was just burnt why would you serve that to a customer? At some point you have good judgment and say no we can't serve that. Definitely over priced for one sandwich but if it was not burnt I would not care. How do burn fried fish and serve it unacceptable. read more
