Poor customer service from a store manager to act like such a child and throw a temper tantrum when I show up 30 minutes after he decides to abruptly hang up while talking on the phone trying to figure out if a card was left there yesterday around 6:30pm at 5am this morning. When showing up I asked to speak to who I spoke with on the phone. the manager went to grab the store manager and he starts throwing a fit in a whiny voice "I already told her we dont have it" Once he came out I asked if thats how he treated customers because if he would have never hung up the way he did then I wouldnt have came down and I would have took his word for it. Instead of maybe looking one more time just to make the customer feel better or de-escalate the situation This store mamnager didnt. Instead this store manager decides to try to gaslight me into thinking what really happened was.... and honestly I wasnt buying the BS he was feeding me he just kept hanging on to the word rude and the beginning of the phone conversation and ignoring the fact of me talking about just the end and how he hung up on me while I was still talking. And you wanna know why im glad I wasnt taking any of the BS he was throwing my way because towards the end of the conversation he wants to say "BYE" This isnt the type of behavior I would want to have serving customers and this isnt leadership material. read more

We have stopped by two early mornings and the food was not good. Big breakfast sandwich was skimpng on ingredients and the biscuits tasted old. Toast on sandwich was soggy. We eat at other Jacks and the food is much better. Sadly this jacks does not measure up. read more

Today about 6:30pm I got the chili dogs with fries. They put the dogs in a small to go carrier, the dogs just about filled the carrier. Then the fries were put on top of the dogs. The order was for a meal, large with doctor pepper. My wife got a burger, large with doctor pepper. Cost was $19.26. The chili was the worst tasting I've ever had. The little bit of fries went Nowhere. The dogs were tough and very chewy. If I could I would post a picture showing how small it was. Where is the management? If this is the managers standards then it's time for a change. The #1 question is does jacks change or do we? read more

Jack's Family restaurants has nothing to do with Jack-in-the-Box fast food. Jack's Family restaurant is a Southern chain of fast food burgers, chicken, fries, and shakes. Breakfast has lots of biscuit options. This location is about 8 years old, but the inside dining area is very clean and well organized. It has a TV, and pre-COVID had collections of old people eating breakfast inside almost every sipping coffee, chatting, and occasionally talking about the news (always a good sign of a decent place). These days at this location, the dining room is far less crowded (a good thing in COVID times), very clean and neat, while the drive thru remains fast, going inside for take-out is super fast. Hard to give a fast food place, 5-stars, but this location is close. They are great for fast food. Note that every ~8 weeks or so, Jack's rotates out featured specials. The specials are usually new products, so not just the same burger with a different sauce. I usually get their featured special for variety read more

People there are friendly, but they really need to Pick up on how long it takes to get the food ordered. Placed an order through my phone because I was in a rush, went to go pick it up, and it took over 20 minutes to get my single chicken biscuit. It wasn't this bad a few years ago. read more

The wife and I are new to this area and tried this Harvest Jacks. The service was slow but friendly. The second time we went the service was incredibly slow. We were about to say something when our food became ready. The misses finished her milkshake so I offered her the rest of mine which she accepted. After one sip she said she noticed flecks of black material in the shake. I asked for the shake and inspected one of the flecks. Upon close examination I noticed legs..... looked like a gnat of which there were plenty. I did not tell the misses what I thought the spec was (didn't want to ruin her day) but told her not to finish the drink. We won't be going back to this particular Jacks again. read more

Tried Jack's for the first time and between quality, price and quantity I'd give it 2 stars. Now Jacks isn't related to Jack in the Box but the burger patties taste very similar. Now the price is better than Jack in the Box but the meat quality sucks which is why it's only 2 stars. read more

Super fast and convenient! One of very few restaurants that actually get your order correct and are professional at the drive thru and inside. Their chicken tenders are to die for. Super fresh and the dipping sauces are great too! I adore their breakfast as well and they open early for a quick breakfast before work/school. This place is probably my favorite location so far. Super clean and new as well! They do serve the best pancakes from any fast food restaurant. So good, you will be doing yourself a favor by trying them out! read more

First and Last two trips through drive thru. Next to last trip Took 35 minutes from ordering to getting food that was cold and terrible. Thought I would give it another chance. Bad decision. Ordered st drive thru and 20 minutes later got to the window and waited another 10 minutes before I was told to pull up and wait for order. My son just went to Jack's in Harvest. He placed is order and was told to pull up after he paid for his order. He waited for 20 minutes and went in to discover they had forgot about him waiting and looked at him like he was crazy. They also forgot to give him his order of hash browns and tea and got irritated when he asked about it. They have gotten things wrong in the past a lot but this is ridiculous . Jack's used to be a good place to go but it has went down hill in the last year. read more

This has to be the most horrible experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The thirty minute wait in line was bad enough but I can deal with that with the post Covid staff shortages. However, I can't deal with the crappiest food EVER. I am out $25 and some change for a meal that had to be completely thrown out. My chicken sandwich had absolutely nothing on it. No condiments, no lettuce, no tomatoes, nothing but chicken and bread. The fries were stale and cold. The chicken my mom got was extremely stale and one was not cooked well in the middle. Her slaw had no flavor and was watery. I ordered all dark meat but got two breasts and a thigh. My order came with a drink which I did not get. The shakes were fairly good but not mixed well. Oh and the chicken was spicy. All of it. I can't eat spicy. The only part we were able to eat was the shakes. EVERYTHING else went in the trash. read more

The past two times that I have been to the Jacks in Harvest, I have ordered a bacon burger and never once got bacon on it.

I think this place was really good for a fast food restaurant. The cheeseburgers were delicious, the kids chicken strips were real chicken, and they let you order some things off the breakfast menu all day. All in all, pretty good for fast food. read more

Very disappointed. I go every morning for an ice coffee and there was NO syrup in my coffee gross. And the biscuits were flat.

We showed up with a van load of small children on a church field trip, and the staff was courteous, patient and professional as they dealt with our group. I've never been to a Jack's before, and I was surprised and pleased at the quality of our food and the speed with which our orders were filled. Also, I now have a new favorite sauce. "Comeback Sauce" is better than my former favorite (Zax Sauce) by a mile. I will definitely come back! read more

If I could leave a minus review I would. I came two weeks ago and got the worst service and the nastiest milkshake I've ever received, it was flavored runny milk made by the store manager. So my girls and I decided to give it one more shot yesterday and get 3 milkshakes. Instead of actually filling the cup up and giving you a full milkshake they purposely leave over an inch of empty space and put flat lids on the shake so you won't realize you've paid $4 and not received a full drink. They did it again yesterday when I asked if the last shake she was handing me was full and it wasn't I said I was done with them and the girl at the window, Jasmine, informed me that was just fine. When I called for the corporate number the girl asked me to call back I told her no and she said that was to bad and hung up on me! Their food is atrocious now, used to be great, Burger King is across the street a little slow but the food is good. This Jacks gyps you on milkshakes and their employees are rude. So go to a different Jack's cause the one in Harvest sucks! read more

The employees here don't know how to count. I ordered 20 chicken fingers and they only gave me 12. Expect to have your order messed up if you eat here. Also the employees like to make fun of their customers. My family will no longer eat here. read more
