The outside was crispy perfectly seasoned, I got the mild which had a touch of heat to them but more flavor than heat which I like, the chicken was cooked perfectly. She had medium hotness and on her chicken and she said it wasn't very hot. She wanted a "buffalo" hotness, which I guess is their "hot" flavor. Their mobile app also works fairly well overall. The Bad: Right off the bat, I was put off by the signage at the drive-through announcing an extra charge of $0.25 for additional sauces. Charging extra for sauces--and advertising it so prominently--comes across as both tacky and stingy. While the app is decent, it could use some improvements. On the bright side, the biscuit I ordered was fresh and tasted good. However, the presentation left much to be desired. It came sitting on a wrapper in the bag and looked haphazardly assembled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone in a management position. As a local resident, I expect better customer service from businesses in the area. Customer service should be the top priority everywhere--food comes second. There are many other places where I can get a sandwich, so the way customers are treated truly matters. I strongly suggest providing better training for your manager or team leads to ensure they communicate respectfully and professionally with customers.
