I placed my order online for a dozen roses and received a confirmation email. The only snafu was that I got an email the week before my flowers were to be delivered saying they had been delivered! I emailed them and they quickly emailed back to say the email was mistakenly sent. I did not receive a confirm email when they were actually delivered but heard from my family about it. I ordered an arrangement for my fiancée and had it delivered to her job. Well this was a brand new job out of state and apparently the employer has multiple locations and like an idiot I didn't double check and sent the arrangement to the incorrect location. Not only was it the wrong building but it wasn't even the correct city! So after troubleshooting this with a very patient Pheonix on the phone, I realized I had messed up. I had accepted that and expected nothing from Edible Arrangements end, because it certainly was not their fault. However, completely unsolicited they offered me multiple options to correct what was ultimately my own mistake. They first offered me a refund, which I thought was very nice and I did not expect. But then, they offered to coordinate redelivery of the arrangement to the correct location and at no additional charge! What's remarkable about this, is not only did I not ask for nor expect this, but this redelivery involved an entirely different Edible Arrangement store since I didn't even have the correct city the first time! The Florence store coordinated all of this, contacted the other store, arranged redelivery, and did it all without any hassle from my end. They even arranged delivery over a week later since that was the next time she would be at that job! I frequently order and have delivered flowers, small gifts, etc. I can't even count the number of times I've had issues that were neither my fault nor ever made right, but in this situation it was the exact opposite. This display of customer service is completely unparalleled. Needless to say, I am now an Edible Arrangement customer for life! Thanks again to the employees at the Florence SC store for all their help! My fiancée was thrilled and surprised by this late birthday gift, you really made her (and my) day!

They do have a cozy reading room at the back. I spent a good 20 minutes there. They also have a used book collection at a reasonable price in the reading room. It's not a large store, so the book collections are understandably limited, but it is a great store nevertheless. The store owner was friendly. Stop by here; it's a great way to support your neighborhood small business.
