I stopped by Saturday on a whim. Walking in to what I call a organized chaotic. Orders for Valentines Day are coming in. People taking orders, 4 ladies doing flower arrangements in the back area and flowers in buckets galore. I needed 6 lilies. And some baby breathe in a nice a arrangement. They deliver it quite nicely. I don't know why I didn't take pics of the arrangement. But it was beautiful. Beside flowers, they sells gifts and little trinkets. I'm glad they were able to help me with some this arrangement since it was hard for me to find lilies on my own. read more

I wanted to find a local florist in Florence to deliver "happy bday" flowers to a family member. I found Consider the Lillies online and went with them because they were highly rated and also had a very user-friendly website. I placed my order online for a dozen roses and received a confirmation email. The only snafu was that I got an email the week before my flowers were to be delivered saying they had been delivered! I emailed them and they quickly emailed back to say the email was mistakenly sent. I did not receive a confirm email when they were actually delivered but heard from my family about it. I placed an order on their website on a Monday for Tuesday delivery for my Aunt's birthday. Given the pandemic situation, I wasn't able to visit her in person. Also given the face that my Aunt's birthday is right after Mother's Day, they were quite low on stock and managed to get the flowers in on Tuesday, get this gorgeous arrangement together, and make this delivery to my aunt's office before she left for the day. I drove to Florence, SC this past weekend to support my best friend who just flew in from Hawaii to bury her mother. After arriving at the viewing with a few family members, we noticed there were no flowers for her mother. After we viewed and my friend was taken in the office of the funeral home for details of business I immediately called the nearest florist, Consider the Lilies. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely polite and very patient as I didn't have experience with buying funeral flowers. She assisted me in choosing something nice for my best friend to present to her mom and lay it on her casket. She also assisted me in choosing a plant that would come from her friends that were there supporting her. We drove to the florist shop after the viewing and we were met with the same professionalism and patience as on the phone. She took the time to answer all questions and in detail how they will handle delivering the flowers. They did and awesome job with both flowers. They easily changed the address for me. In addition, a different friend of the bride used the same flower shop but also used the wrong address and the flower shop put 2 + 2 together and called them to confirm what was the correct address. I called this florist to send a get well arrangement to my Mom because she wasn't feeling well. I picked an arrangement that is advertised all over their website and I called as soon as they opened. The lady that answered the phone informed me that they could not do the arrangement because it was a specialty item that they didn't have time to make. I was willing to pay whatever it would cost but she refused and didn't act like she wanted my business. I had spent an hour on their website looking at their arrangements before calling when they opened at 10 a.m. so I was very disappointed that she wasn't willing to help me out at all. The arrangement had very common flowers so I'm not sure why they were so quick to turn down business. I'm in another state so I have never used them before, I looked at reviews to pick them.
