horrible form of communication. placed an oreder for a small fruit basket to get delivered to a friend at her place of business. Gave them instructions because the business opens for certain amount of hours. Did make the delivery after the business was closed mark my order delivered when the recipient never received her order. customer service, the worth ethic is horrible, managers dont make it better it's a business. Ordered several days ahead of delivery date to insure local store had time to prepare for a specific date. On day of delivery the online order tracking still said "received by store" so I called the store multiple times to make sure everything was ok as I had placed the order online, no answer and had to leave a voice mail. The local store called me back at 2:15 and said they were making the order. I stressed that the business where it was to be delivered closed at 5 and was assured it would be delivered. Husband comes home, there had been no delivery and now no surprise. At around 5:20/5:30 delivery driver called to find out where the person, who it was going to, was. They got directions to home to deliver. When the delivery person came they were surly and shoved the package and a pen with signature sheet towards me without a request to sign. I mentioned this was supposed to be a surprise at work and that I was assured it would be delivered (not angry just wanted to note that) the driver got very sassy and said they had 12 deliveries and just did what they were told and walked away with such a poor attitude - not even waiting on their tip, which was in my hand. It was like Customer Service wasn't even a concern. A simple and polite , "I will relay the message back to the store" would have changed the way the whole experience felt. A few minutes after the driver left, got a text that said, "Sorry about your Karen." I have ordered from them before without a problem so was disappointed that both the store seemed so unconcerned about the importance of delivery and the driver's attitude will keep me from shopping with them again, not to mention the "after text" from the driver. That was amazing, and not in a good way. read more

I ordered a gift to be delivered on Boss's Day and My Order was never delivered. I called the store repeatedly and they never answered the phone. They also never returned any of my calls and I left numerous messages! I am extremely upset and I will NEVER use this location again. The lack of care, concern, and most importantly customer service is something I have never experienced. It says a great deal about Edible Arrangements and what I thought was a reputable business. read more

I can not speak highly enough about the Florence SC Edible Arrangements location! Special thanks to Phoenix who was very helpful and also to the store manager whose name I did not get. I ordered an arrangement for my fiancée and had it delivered to her job. Well this was a brand new job out of state and apparently the employer has multiple locations and like an idiot I didn't double check and sent the arrangement to the incorrect location. Not only was it the wrong building but it wasn't even the correct city! So after troubleshooting this with a very patient Pheonix on the phone, I realized I had messed up. I had accepted that and expected nothing from Edible Arrangements end, because it certainly was not their fault. However, completely unsolicited they offered me multiple options to correct what was ultimately my own mistake. They first offered me a refund, which I thought was very nice and I did not expect. But then, they offered to coordinate redelivery of the arrangement to the correct location and at no additional charge! What's remarkable about this, is not only did I not ask for nor expect this, but this redelivery involved an entirely different Edible Arrangement store since I didn't even have the correct city the first time! The Florence store coordinated all of this, contacted the other store, arranged redelivery, and did it all without any hassle from my end. They even arranged delivery over a week later since that was the next time she would be at that job! I frequently order and have delivered flowers, small gifts, etc. I can't even count the number of times I've had issues that were neither my fault nor ever made right, but in this situation it was the exact opposite. This display of customer service is completely unparalleled. Needless to say, I am now an Edible Arrangement customer for life! Thanks again to the employees at the Florence SC store for all their help! My fiancée was thrilled and surprised by this late birthday gift, you really made her (and my) day! read more

Beyond disrespectful they acted like they didn't want to take my order. I order from edibles arrangement all over every holiday and have never had a problem until i call to order from here. She told me to call corporate because i asked to place and order over the phone. She told me i had to do it online. Then i called back the manager I'm guess had and nasty attitude once i said never mind his old mood changed and said no i can place the order for you. Sending flowers can get boring and tired. Brain storm hit, well not exactly. It was an Internet banner ad. Used the on line service twice in recent months. Not only did I receive an Internet discount, but they delivered the selection. Not only were the recipients thrilled but the compliments I received were never ending. Next time you need a special gift, or even a simple gesture of appreciation, Edible Arrangements is the company to contact. read more

Unprofessional service. Used their website to send an arrangement to my in-laws for Christmas. Their system indicated the web page was not responding, cleared the cart and returned me to the home page with no confirmation. I completed the process again and received a confirmation. Upon delivery, I was contacted by my in-laws to notify me that they had received two orders with the same note and they were sure there must have been a mix up. I contact edible arrangements to notify them that they had left two arrangements in error. I get an "oh, we thought you meant for both of them to have one since it came in twice".... These folks made no effort to verify a questionable order, correct the error or show concern. The least they could have done would have been to offer not to charge TWO shipping fees... read more
