When they did arrive they did not look like the arrangement that I ordered (different vase and stem length, same type and color of flowers though). All the staff that we spoke to were friendly, courteous, and apologized for the late delivery. Including delivery fee, I paid almost $100 for these flowers and I was expecting more.
