Very few stores in town carry lift recliner chairs. Sure you can go to a medical supply place, but…read moreyou will pay a higher price. I found Jordan furniture had a full line of lift recliner chairs in different sizes and fabrics. I went in found the one that fit and was simply to operate and wouldn't you know it the floor model was the only one left in the fabric I liked. Sales person contacted owner and he resolved the issue. He gave me the next model up at the price of the model I loved and discounted the delivery. When it arrived, the guys were pleasant and assembled it in minutes and went over the operating and warranty. I have purchased other furniture at Jordan's and they always service the customer, which is a rarity in todays world. And they honestly care about your furniture needs. Give the furniture store a chance the next time you are looking to update or just need a comfortable recliner.

I called them and spoke with Dickie Knight the owner personally. I am in California, but he checked several shipping companies and found the most reasonable for me. There was one knob that wasn't just right and with one quick email, Dickie had another one sent and then followed up to make sure it was right. The next time I'm shopping for furniture I will definitely visit Knight Furniture Showroom Online. Customer service like that is rare these days! knightfurn.com

My customer service experience with Knight Furniture Showrooms started out just fine via internet…read more I was required to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering (Nov 2023), two LR side tables manufactured by Theodore Alexander to be delivered in three months time. After approx 9 mos and paying the remaining balance before delivery, the first one delivered was damaged and not accepted by me. After a few more months, I took delivery of one table and then another at a later time. After five weeks, the first table had a piece of the wood trim detach from it, as if it had been glued and it did not hold. The second table looked okay upon delivery, so I accepted it, only to find when I set a lamp on it and turned the light on, it showed two obvious flaws on the surface. After months of many emails to the company and being told their rep would look into replacements for these flawed tables, I was gaslighted. It has now been over a year with no answers to my emails as to why they had done nothing to replace these flawed tables. I acted in good faith and now am so dissappointed that I trusted this company to be reputable and trustworthy. Beware! I would not recommend Knight Furniture.
